Just don't stay here. Words cannot express how disappointing this hotel is, especially for the $500 we spent for one night. We had to go through a weird route including two elevators to get to our room, passing a trashed firepit full of cigarette butts (should've been our first clue). As soon as we walked in the room I pulled the covers down off of the beds to see how clean they were. i found a few small items, including what looked like a contact lens. I would not let any of my family sleep under the sheets. The room smelled quite bad so we immediately turned on the box fan and opened the door which led to the uber dirty balcony. One of the walls looked like it had a leak in it at one point that was never tended to. The screens on the windows were filthy. The bathroom light looked like it was about to fall out. This place should be sold to a company that sees it's potential.

I'm not sure we've ever had a more disgusting and disappointing stay any place in all of my years. For what we spent on this room, it was like throwing our money into a cesspool. The only redeeming value of the place was the outdoors atmosphere around the swimming pool. The room was nothing better than a worst case Motel 6 type of scenario. Nothing was plugged in when we arrived. The refrigerator was didn't work at all. There was only 1 single towel in the room. The drawers fell off and onto the floor when we opened them. We got locked out of our room twice because they didn't program our key cards properly. There was literally NO front desk personnel. They were all at the upscale property a block away, so we had to call to be able to even check in at the property. I try to be fair when I leave a review of a property, and I'd like to be here, BUT, when there was so little good about it, it is hard to be fair. If you visit Snowmass, avoid this place if you possibly can. Spend a few extra dollars to get a place that is actually worthy of staying at. I'm sorry Wildwood, but your property ranks at the bottom of my list of the many places we've stayed at over the years.

The reviews are accurate. I hardly write bad reviews. This place needs to be closed. I spent over 1300$ for three nights. If I had any other choice, I would have left. Dirty, disgusting and dangerous. Broken frige, dirty stains all over, broken key card, coffee pot leaked everywhere, front desk dismissive and rude. Electric sparking Don’t stay here.

No air conditioning that forces you to open non-screen windows on egress points to vent with supplied fan. 95 degrees in room forces you to leave windows open to possible intrusion. Management uses long extension cords for electrical on ceiling lights and bed stands. Illegal btw. Cover on baseboard heaters missing exposing heating elements. Open light socket with missing bulbs for heat lamp. Smoke/Co2 sensor laying on broken closet shelves. Pubic hairs and fake nail in corners of bathroom. Toilet plugged with just a tissue. Bathroom sink missing drain plug. All documented by pictures. Just a start on the mist disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

This was a dirty and unsafe place. Coffee cups had dried coffee from previous people, slabs of plywood covering the walkways, cigs smoke coming in from everywhere, an abandoned closed lobby with no onsite reception. This was a $35 dollar motel at best.. Read the other reviews!!!!!!

I've stayed in Snowmass a few times and decided to stay at this one as very limited selection because of the 4th of July weekend. I didn't even know that this kind of hotel exist in Snowmass. It was old and disgusting. I knew this wasn't going to be a good experience as soon as we arrived from the outside looks of the hotel. Receptionist wasn't too friendly. When we entered our room, first impression...dirty!!! Everything was outdated. The key lock to swipe the card was broken and exposed in the inside. There were a few stains in the furniture and the TV remote worked half the time. The coffee machine did not work at all. It was summer and hot. I knew something was up when I saw a fan on top of the table. NO AC!!! My fault for not looking it up before I booked. One towel in the bathroom. This is the icing on the cake. $100 deposit for incidentals on our credit card. So a week after I got credited $50. Called them and they informed me that half of the deposit should show up in our credit card by EOW. Nothing. Called them a few days after. Informed me that $50 was for resort fee. Diff story now. Again, I am saying this...DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! SAVE YOURSELF!!!

All the previous reviews are correct. This place is dirty and not worth the price. Room floor was dirty. Bathroom light didn't work. Tub was dirty. Crayon marks on wall. Someone wiped their nose on the bathroom wall. TV remote was missing. Scummy dirt on the bed night stand. They didn't have another room to switch us to. No AC. Refrigerator lukewarm. Nice young man from engineering replaced the light bulb and brought us a fan. Management should have someone inspect the rooms before the next guest. I really don't want to see a comment from the General Manager saying how sorry they are. You already know you don't care otherwise the place would be presentable. DON'T STAY HERE.

Aspen Writers Conference used a common room on the second floor for our meeting space. There were no lights in the stairwell, and the meeting room was dimly lit, dingy and smelled bad. For part of the time, the elevator didn’t work and there was no toilet paper in the Women’s room. Although I did not see any mold, my mold allergy was active the minute I stepped in door. The first floor common rooms were sadly in need of refurbishment and loud music blared constantly. I didn’t see a room, but there’s no way I’d stay here.

I can echo all the statements of previous reviewers, do not stay here. Our first room had bedbugs, no heat and smelled awful, the mattress was NOT white. We got moved to another room which only smelled marginally better, but the radiators were coming apart and the insides were all exposed, no coffee maker etc…. I went down to the front desk to talk to them, but it isn’t staffed at night. THANK GOd, because I was able to go to the Viewline front desk and talk to the manager, she was so nice and ended up moving us to that hotel which is top notch.
