As noted in other reviews, the outside needs work--parking lot is full of holes, no sign at night--almost drove past it. Overall, a little spooky at night--not scary but run down in the daylight. $65. Large room--full size fridge, microwave, sink, electric stove. Flat screen TV, dresser, shelves, desk but desk chair was dirty and stained. No crib available. 2...

Hello Bob, thank you for your review. We are in the process of renovating and remodeling the exterior and interior of the hotel and changing operational management. Our apologies for the inconveniences you encountered with your family! I will be looking into getting a crib and changing out the box spring and desk chair in the room. Thank you for...

We stayed in the room around back that faced the side street. The outside looked a bit "shady" but the room itself was quite nice especially for the money. The beds were firm, there was a full kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, stove, sink and cupboards. The shower had great pressure but the tub was verrrry slow to drain...

Just spent one night here, but the management was nice and the room was in good shape. It was also a very good value for $55. I don't think there were any major drawbacks at all. I would for sure stay here again.

The room was nice and clean, nice soft towels. A nice space, not huge, but neither cramped. Fridge, microwave, flat screen, decent internet. Mattress very firm, which might be good or bad for you. Pillows kind of thin. Heat wasn't on when I went in. It took the little wall unit hours until it could make the whole space and...

Needed a place to stay after a long day on the road. #1 listed motel was full, so followed their suggestion and got room at Oakwood Inn. $65 double. Unloaded gear and equipment for security and lugged upstairs. One staircase is closed and falling apart. Entered room and thought it was okay. Flipped back the sheets to find a public...

Stayed here for two nights in October as I had work in Sterling. The place is a no-frills budget motel on the outside, on par with a Hampton Inn on the inside. The location is nice, near Columbine Park. Staff extremely helpful, and willing to help. Nicer than the other budget and chain motels in Sterling. Immaculate room with a...

This hotel is very average and cheap, $65 a night. Its a family run motel in a small town. The rooms are not what I expected. Very modern, clean, and fresh. They offer free coffee and fruit in the office area. Located in the nicest part of town, near Columbine Park. Will stay again if I get the opportunity.

This is a very basic motel......under seventy bucks including tax. Don't expect anything more for your money. The room was clean and had updated bed, pillows and bedding. New large screen TV and new flooring. Big recliner chair in the room that looked inviting at first but discovered was broken. Bathroom was very small, shower only but towels were clean....

I stayed one night here based on positive reviews, but this place is not much. Not enough parking. Outside sidewalk and pavement dirty--leaves, sticks, dirt, dust. I guess no one here owns a broom or blower. Door key did not work, had to go back to the desk and get help. Inside of room dark, not enough lighting, but room...

Recently remodeled, this small motel is a good choice, cheap, clean and convenient. It is often sold out, so ask for a room at their sister motel, The Crest, a block up the street. Both are und same ownership. But it too is likely to be booked, particularly during the week when rooms are often taken for a week at...
