Came here for our 34th Anniversary arriving on New Years Eve and leaving on Sunday after 3 nights. Arrived at 430pm, got the run down on the house and how everything worked. We settled in, there were some Brownies and Tea downstairs for arrival time. We got great info on where we could go eat a nice meal and be...

We have driven through Trinidad about 20 times and have only stopped there to get gas. All the hotels off the interstate seemed questionable at best so we would go all the way to Colorado Springs to stay a night. This trip we were too tired to go another 2 hours so Trinidad it was. We luckily found this beautiful...

Thanks for the positive review. Trinidad is definitely worth more than just a stop for gas.

We loved staying overnight at the Tarabino! I'd actually considered staying at one of the usual travel hotels/motels, but was tempted by the charm of the hotel's picture, and decided to indulge in something delightful instead. It was a treat! Gorgeous home. Kevin was very nice, and is a WONDERFUL cook! I loved having tea available when we arrived, too!...

Loved this place. Was a bit apprehensive after reading a not so good review and that the B&B was up for sale. I hope they find a buyer that will keep this place going and at the standard that we experienced. Great room, great decor. Fun experience. Excellent breakfast. The owners have a lady that greets you, gets you settled...

Thank you for your positive review. I do want to clarify that though we put tea and treats out at 4:00 P.M., and they most often stay on the dining room table until everyone has checked in and has had a chance to enjoy them, it would be somewhat misleading for us to have potential guests believe that "soft drinks...

My wife and I stayed on the third floor and we enjoyed the balcony, the views, the privacy and the ambiance of this fabulously maintained historic bed and breakfast. Speaking of which, the breakfast was delicious. We liked it somuch, we made reservations to come back in October. Just in time for fall foliage.

Very nice stay: ice tea and cookies when we arrived, large room with sitting suite overlooking town, EXCELLENT breakfast both mornings. A/C in room and cool night air for the common areas in this grand old house. Giant marshmallow fluff of a bed to sink into at night. Good location for hiking in the area. Bring your bug spray if...

Host and hostess were indifferent and uncaring - the sprinklers covered the walkway and we got wet walking to the front door as the host sat on the porch and watched. We asked where we could eat and were told there was a map downstairs, but there wasn't. The first morning after breakfast we were asked for our credit card...

I thank Carol for her feedback, and I remember when they arrived. The sprinklers were on and I could see that the edges of the steps were getting a little wet, but I was unaware that water was hitting the sidewalk below. It was not in view. I also remember forgetting they were staying two nights, and I laughed at...

Kevin and his wife Teresa were smart, attentive and superb Inn owners/keepers. Bed and general flavor of Inn was excellent. Great Breakfast. We stopped over on our way to Santa Fe. Only sad comment was to see the general state of the town Trinidad. Apparently lots of socio-economic woes exist in this town....and boom-bust mentality prevails.

This wonderful B & B was just what we were looking for for the get-away weekend. The owner picked us up at the Amtrak train station and pointed out restaurants as we drove to the B & B. After welcoming us to his home and showing us how things worked, we were left to explore the surroundings. Unfortunately, Trinidad is...

This Inn is absolutely wonderful! We stayed in the beautiful Walnut Room. It had windows all around, lots of space to relax and the private bathroom was huge! Trinidad had received a few inches of snow and it was absolutely breathtaking looking out from the second story. We made snow angels in the front yard, and walked 2 blocks to...
