My time spent at the Village Haus was a great experience. From the ambiance to the staff, everything seemed to be fantastic. Whenever I would pass a staff member, they were always polite and most importantly, were eager to help. The room itself was also great, with a full kitchen, plenty of televisions with movies to rent, and a beautiful...

Location in Vail is excellent, rooms are quiet, clean. First time here will definitely be back. Free breakfast is actually delicious! Free coffee, free movies. The George is downstairs which is a cool locals spot and good for a nightcap. Overall very enjoyable.

We recently held a family reunion at the Mountain Haus in Vail with 40 family members. We do this every two years between Colorado and the West Coast and all of us agreed that the trip to Vail and the Mountain Haus was the best ever. The accommodations were great, the staff was friendly and helpful and Vail was, Vail....

Do NOT stay in a room overlooking the bridge (especially 329). I had to call the front desk 3 of 5 nights asking for the police to be sent. They have a restaurant downstairs called the George that caters to drunks. They sang and yelled until 3am as they headed home. I will NEVER return here. Please stay away if...

After driving through Denver and up the eastern slope of the Rockies in pouring rain, we were so thankful for this great place to spend the night. The lobby was beautiful, as well as being stocked with coffee, hot chocolate, etc. and free chapstick and sun screen. When we found we had left our wine opener in the car, the...

Stayed at Mountain Haus July 21-23. Front staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Special thank you to Matt, Rado and Iva!! Our room was wonderful. Very clean and modern. Breakfast had a nice selection. Hot tub and pool relaxing after very long days of preparing for our son's wedding. The location is perfect! Thank you everyone

Here's the important part first - Make sure you get a room on the mountain side (toward Vail mountain) and not on the valley side (I-70!) during the summer months. The most obvious reason for this is the highway noise. This noise should be less on the lower floors as it would be blocked by the parking structure. There is...
