We stayed in that hotel firstable, because we call an ask to the front desk agent who attend the call said that they have a buffet breakfast include an outdoor pool. Anyways ,so we stay there an next day when we are suposed to have the breakfast so guess what all what they had was donuts and coffee ..that's what they...

Vail needs a hotel like this at this value point with this good location. But otherwise, it's an unspectacular property. For our $110 during shoulder season we had clean beds, a hot shower, and parking included. The room on the highway side was noisy and the curtain didn't close quite enough to keep the street light out. It was a...

Thanks a lot for your review, Bear Skin Rug. We are definitely the value option in Vail and our location is what sets us apart from properties down the road in Avon and Eagle-Vail. Pretty much the further away from Vail you go in any direction, the cheaper rooms with be. I'm glad you stayed with us though. Maybe we'll...

Very good situation. An easy stroll (although frequent buses available every few minutes) to Vail centre and even easier to Lionshead, this is a lovely quiet spot. The breakfast is good, with hot buffet style scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, pancakes etc. Also toast or bagels with various options. The coffee is often a bit weak though. Beds are comfy and...

If you're looking for and old 70's style rustic hotel...you'll love this place. It's really in the middle of the village, right next to the ice area and bus stop. The hotel is old and weathered but does the trick. The bar is fun and what you'd expect in a ski town hotel. The restaurant is Indian food....which accounts for...

I liked my room, it was nice and big. The bed was a bit hard for me but that's personal preference. The staff were very nice and the location great! The facilities were good. The building work going on opposite was a bit noisy but that isn't the hotel's fault. If I do come back to Vail u would stay...

Stayed 9 days. Lobby and public areas quite nice. Rooms a bit tired. Only real complaint on rooms would be small bathrooms (if you want to soak the muscles after a day's skiing the hotel hot tub is the only option) and, more irritatingly the walls and doors are thin so if you plan an early night you are dependent...

This is our 4th visit to Evergreen Lodge. In honesty not a great deal has changed since my first visit in 2006! Yes it is a bit dated in comparison to some of the other hotels. Its a great budget hotel in Vail which is very close to the slopes, shops and bars. The rooms are clean, the water was...

Thanks so much guys. To be honest sometimes I wonder how much we can garner from online reviews. Instead what I love to hear is when guests keep coming back. That's the best kind of validation

We stayed at the Evergreen Lodge for 3 nights. The property is in the prefect location right in the middle of Vail Village and Lions Head. It is a 5 min walk to Lions Head Village and just under a 10 min walk from Vail Village. The rooms themselves are a bit tired and need a bit of love. They...

This hotel needs updating. The showers were either scalding hot or cold and the in room coffee pot did not work. The beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. I would not suggest the hot tub as the weekend we visited it was extremely dirty. Easy walking distance to Vail village.

You can walk to the Eagle Bahn gondola in just a few minutes, which, along with the price, is why this hotel is often sold out during ski season. I believe it is the cheapest and most basic place to stay within walking distance of the hill, but still has good front desk service, an outdoor pool and indoor hot...
