Vail Marriott is a Resort Property so so things you expect are not available if you are a Platinum member, such as the lounge and free breakfast. This is the case in most of their resort properties. They did recognize my platinum premiere status unlike other posters have stated and we received an upgraded room, early check in and late...

We had a fun time snow tubing at vail! They have a coffee shop at the top and snowmobiling for kids as well. Taking the sky lift up was an awesome view at night as well as the day.Lots of cool shops and restaurants.

Very disappointing room, with only one drawer to put away my belongings. And the one drawer was so small and inconvenient to use (because it was below the tv about 2 inches off the floor)...had to use the spare bed as my storage. Also the doors to the TV cabinet swung out into the only area to walk in and...

My wife and I have becoming here for 15 my self for nearly 30. All I can tell you this is the best area to ski in the nation. Over 5000 acres. Top notch service and trails. Beautiful scenery and a great town. We would never go anywhere else for our annual week out west. Just prepare for sticker shock.

One again, we stayed at the Marriott for a convention. The hotel is comfortable and service is very good. Slowly however, the hotel would benefit from a refreshing upgrade to justify the relatively high room rates.

We are a family of five 18 year old son, 15 year old son, 13 year old daughter and my wife and I. I had done a ton of homework and found that we would splurge for the Timberline one bedroom Presidential Suite and it was worth every penny. We had read a ton of other reviews that the hotel...

We were at this hotel at the height of ski season, so I may need to cut them some slack with regard to my expectations vs. the price we paid for the room, but it really didn't meet our expectations. The price we paid was the same that I've paid for 5-star hotels, but the rooms were on par with...

We've been coming to the Marriott on and off for 25 years. With my SPG points this trip was free. The hotel has a great location and over staffed. Always easy to get help or a free ride into town in one of the hotels huge Audi. The ski valet was an incredible benefit, along with boot storage. We had...

We had great weather for a ski vacation - the mountains in Vail are truly world class! Overall I would say the disappointing thing is being charged on top of the base price for a lot of extras (parking, resort fee, etc). Pros Housekeeping was very thorough and done timely every day. All staff we interacted with including at hotel...

Yes, the wallpaper is dated, but still pretty and immaculate. Like a late 80's custom-built home. Same for the tile. Dark colors and woodwork, warm corridors when chilly outside. It has the perfect ski lodge vibe...firepits on the back patio with complimentary hot chocolate and s'mores. The ski valet (included with resort fee) was invaluable. We stayed on points and...
