This hotel is so unique..it makes you feel you are at your own house. The decor in the rooms are cozy with bathrooms large enough for two people. The best part of the trip was having breakfast at the balcony enjoying the amazing view to the mountain. My kids and I couldn't had a better time for out Christmas trip....

As is typical with a Marriott property the staff was attentive friendly and helpful. The property is showing a little bit of wear but the staff more than made up for it. Awesome recommendations and friendliness. From the initial meeting of the valet to the desk and housekeeping it was a great experience.

Very nice Marriott hotel. Near shops and view of mountains. They have some bigger rooms with balconies and fireplaces. Nice to upgrade to these if you can. Close to sky areas if you are interested in this.

To be clear, this hotel is more expensive than I would typically like but it was a special occasion. Service was exemplary and never forced or fake feeling. Rooms were good size and well appointed and very clean. I would liked a mountain view but they were very full and I was low on the list. Location is perfect. Close...

I am a Marriott platinum, used my points to stay here one night. Hotel is beautiful, just few min away from the Lionshead main attraction. Though the website says they charge resort fee, there was no charge for that. You can use the Lionshead main parking lot, which is 3-4 minutes walk from the hotel, you don't have to use...

Your staff out did themselves! Hotel was full but they managed to upgrade us to a suite an hour before arrival to accommodate our tag along kids, everything was clean! Excellent food and bar staff. Although the bar did shut down at midnight on a Thursday night because they said we "had had enough". (Which we had, agree). They did...

Stayed one night. Resort was fairly empty after the Labor Day weekend so was surprised they put us on the ground floor especially because I was redeeming a hefty number of points. When we saw the lovely room with it's fireplace and patio we quickly changed our mind. However, after returning from dinner, we discovered that he patio door wasn't...

We only chose to stay here as it was the only hotel available at a reasonable rate, the check in was rushed we weren't even shown where the lift or way to the room was, where breakfast is served or any information about the hotel. The hotel is bordering on a tacky scale it's huge and they like to charge...

I stayed 6 nights at the Marriot during a conference. Unfortunately we had the least snow during January for 40 years or so (thats what people told us..). The hotel is a typical American hotel which is trying to resemble a genuine European classic style hotel. Everything is fake or plastic. If you have never been to the Swiss Alps...

We spent 2 days at the Marriott Mountain Resort for a conference - as we have for the past several years. The facility generally is excellent. From parking to check in to overall service, every staff person is outstanding. Room is spacious, comfortable. Bathroom also very large with great lighting. Shower (There's as separate tub) is very good - set...
