Popcorn, hot chocolate, and tea plus the hot tub are a great combo to get rid of the sore muscles from too much skiing. Really great experience for a family. hot tub can get a little busy at peak (4:30pm) times.

Great question! Nancy is correct, the garage clearance is 6' 9" which accommodates most Suburbans without a travel box or other addition on top. Most spaces can also accommodate the typical length and width of a suburban, approx. 18' 6" X 6' 6". However, if you have a bike rack on the back this may protrude into the turnaround area beyond the parking space. If this is the case we will work with you to find a space that will not impact the common space. I hope this helps.
