We would stay at Vail Mountain Lodge again at our next visit . The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious with a fireplace. Walking distance to everything. Excellent breakfast and very nice staff.

I loved the room! So comfortable, well-appointed and classy. My favorite aspect was the fireplace in the room. It is on a timer so you can fall asleep to a cozy fire. Great location along Gore Creek next to town and Ford Park!

The hotel as been upgraded from head to toe (it had been a while since I'd been there). The staff is friendly and informative if you are looking for recommendations the bartenders are the people to talk to. I was only there for one night, but I wish I had extended my stay there. It was great to be there...

Nice place and pleasant people on staff. Breakfast was great and very helpful caring people serving. The hotel felt like being in Europe. Location and access to local bus could not be easier. Will come back

While the room was pricey it was wonderful and more than met what we expected. Once we arrived we did not get in our car the entire time we were in Vail. I could see the room easily handling 4 skiers with their ski equipment.

Thank you for noticing the size of our guest rooms, and for taking the time to relate your experience with us. All of our 20 guest rooms were designed to be oversized to accommodate "gear" comfortably, and average 420 square feet! Please visit us again during ski season and test your theory!

Although we had asked for a mountain view room when we booked more than SIX MONTHS before, we got a room on the first floor with no real view. I was traveling with someone who was physically impaired and who spent most of the time in the room; THAT was why I asked for a room with a VIEW. When...

Thank you for taking the time to relate your experience here at the Vail Mountain Lodge. After checking our records, though, it appears that you WERE occupying one of our premium, Mountain View guest rooms. Since we are a small multi-use building, we only have two of those rooms, and they are on the first floor of the building, facing...

We love this beautiful hotel! Friendly, accommodating staff and the rooms are lovely. The Terra Bistro is an excellent restaurant, our favorite in Vail for many years. Having the complimentary breakfast is a wonderful bonus to our stay, very good!

Staff: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Any questions or concerns we had, the staff was quick to respond and/or help. Location: Great, central location close to the village in Vail. Room: We stayed in a two queen bedroom. The room was large, clean, quiet and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The soak tub was also great....

Breakfast buffet was very basic and nothing special at all. Room was nice but bed seemed a little old; the bed itself was comfortable, however the pillows, although plentiful, were all super flat when laid on, so it was difficult to get comfortable, but possibly just a preference thing. The toilet in our room was running/flushing slowly when we arrived;...

Thank you for sharing about your visit to the Vail Mountain Lodge. . .we appreciate all the positive observations you made, and I only wish you had given us the opportunity to outfit your room with more comfortable pillows, and given us the chance to adjust your toilet. . .that's generally quite a simple fix, and can be accomplished while...
