What a great room! Fully furnished kitchen area, king size bed, couch and sitting area in front of a gas fireplace what more could you ask for! Wonderful huge outdoor hot tub and stone gas fireplace in the courtyard. Beautiful property and a great bargain in the off season. Would definitely recommend

Our experience at Fraser Crossing was good. We were there in the off season, for a wedding in Fraser. The room was clean. The bathroom was really large. The half-kitchen was a speck. The living area was narrow. It was completely fine for 2 people, but more than 2 kids and 2 adults and it would be uncomfortable. The room...

Spent 4 days recently in a studio gold unit during max foliage season and had an amazing time. Winter Park resort is so family friendly with the village having the biggest alpine slide in Colorado, mini golf, bungie jumping, rock climbing and some of the best mountain biking in the US. There was just enough restaurants in the village to...

This is a good hotel for families. It's truly a 3-3.5 star resort. It's wonderfully close to the ski lifts and 3-4 casual restaurants. The unit has a small cooktop and fridge. The hot tub and pool can be at a distance from your unit and requires some walking which would be uncomfortable in a swimsuit in the cold, snowy...

Although the rooms would be excellent for ski season, just note there is no air-conditioning for the warmer time periods. It's possible that you could mislead yourself into believing this is a minor issue since the windows open and the temperature outside is pleasantly cool. However, the internal warmth from inside the building requires you to keep the windows open...

We really enjoyed the Fraser Crosding for a wedding venue. They were very helpful. We were allowed to ride the chair lift to their venue at the top in the Sunspot. The appetizers were delicious. Dinner was fabulous. Service was quick and with a smile. The building accommodated our group of 150 beautifully. The dance floor was small but adequate....

Spent 2 days exploring a piece of Colorado with Denver as our starting point. Hiking and fishing were our activities. Spent just a little bit of time in RMNP due to snow----August. Didn't realize it was the 100th anniversary for National Parks so we got in for free. Spent our first night in Grand Lake at the Gateway and second...

The location is fantastic as well as the the facilities! Lots of things to do at the base of the mountain and numerous restaurants and bars. Everything was perfect from the time we entered the door to the time left. Starting off with a welcome note and chocolates from Winter Park Lodging Company, to an email the day we left...

Room 3309 was set up perfectly for families. Our two little ones stayed in the living room on the hide a bed while we took the king in the room. Coffee out on our private patio was perfect. The patio has a high gate to keep little ones safe, it opens up to a large deck area with large hot...

The studio condo was very nice with an updated kitchen and bathroom. No Air Conditioning and the windows only open so far to allow some air in. It was extremely noisy as we were near the hot tub - could hear all kinds of noises. There is no maid service. Food in the Village is extremely expensive. The Check-In person...
