Founders Pointe is directly across the street from Winter Park Village - very short walk/distance to the ski rentals and lifts. That being said it is listed as "ski in/ski out" which I would disagree with that - when we have stayed at a "ski in/ski out" condo in the past at another resort, you truly could walk out your...

Stayed during the fall. Great property to explore the area from. Beautiful golf course nearby (Pole Creek), and close to Rocky Mountain National Park. Not a lot to do directly within the resort that time of year as most locals are on holiday, most shops and resto/bars are closed very early. but much within driving distance...town is a short drive....

Location within walking distance of ski lift, trails for summer hikes, bike trails and ski village shops and restaurants. Stayed in a 3rd floor, two bedroom unit in the Fraser Crossing condos. Great location with same floor access to the common area outdoor Jacuzzi, large outdoor gas fireplace and pool. Room furniture was very old and worn. Both bedrooms lacked...

Stayed here one night during a summer trip with my family after passing through Rocky Mountain NP. Since it's the off-season, it was a great deal for a full 1BR condo. The ski resort area was a ghost town during the time we were there, but it's a short drive to the town of Winter Park, which has restaurants and...

Would've given an "excellent" if checkout time was later than 10am! Comfortable room and excellent front desk staff made the stay very nice. Responsive and professional extra sheets/pillow delivery was great. Better signage for check-in would help, but we figured it out after a quick walk. We will visit again!

It's a ski resort, not a hotel. So things like having your room cleaned and having check in be in a separate building are par for the course. We went in the off season but still plenty of people around (mountain biking). The hot tub deck was fantastic and our room was nice enough. Lack of AC was no problem...

We stay here and ski here a lot. The units are fine, not super fancy but not too run down. The hottub was broken and reached scalding temperatures, but they eventually fixed it. Most of the restaurants and even the ice cream place closed by 5 PM which is absolutely ridiculous and has happened before. Nothing like disappointing kids with...

We had a 1 bedroom/1 bath for our family of 3 and it was perfect. Spacious and cozy plus a pack n play and high hair was provided so less packing for us! It is in the village so walking for coffee or dinner was so easy. Also very clean. The kitchenette had everything we needed for a 3 night...

Our room was perfectly stocked with dishes and such, but bring your own dish soap. Our room wasn't in the best location on the property. We couldn't sleep with the windows open because of highway noise. They did have an extra fan in the closet and it made a nice hum to sleep to. Our sons slept on the sofa...

Room was very comfortable with a nice gas fireplace. We rented a 1 bdrm, BedRoom did not have the best sound proofing from Livingroom but adequate. Was inadequate noise reduction from the hallway. Unacceptable if Hotel is full. This week occupancy was very low and very comfortable. The Hot tub really a Hot Pool on the 3rd Floor, not really...
