We got this reservation through our timeshare exchange. The unit we had deposited was a great three bedroom one. Of all the units in Colorado, apparently this was the only one available six months out? The description stated "no elevator ", but our unit was one the first floor. So we get here, "first floor" is either two flights up...

We stayed as a family and with friends at this 3 bedroom place. We loved it. A nice little kitchen with plenty of cookware and dishes. Our rooms were good and we liked the dining area. It was nice having our own deck. The laundry was available in the basement of our building, so it was nice to have that...

We booked through a popular website (booking.com) and it went through Vacations, Inc - we stayed in unit 103 - a studio on the first floor. This is an older building and it shows. No bedroom, which was a bit of surprise to us - the bed is a Murphy, and when it's down, there's not a lot of room....

The building is old, and it is reflected in the counters, shelves, doors, and carpet. In addition, we stayed in the Cedar building, 3rd floor, unit 2, and we could smell the chlorine from the hot tub in the basement -- we had to stuff a towel into the door to keep the smell at a minimum, and the beds...

Very pleased with the condo. We made a last minute decision to go to Winter Park and found Timber Run. Was not sure what to expect for our 6 guests. We stayed in Evergreen. Our condo was very nice and directly on the Winter Park Resort shuttle route. The temperature outside never got above 18 degrees but our room was...

One of the closer condo/time share rentals to the Winter Park Resort. In such a small community, these condos fit right in with the neighbors, so expect an apartment-like setting versus a resort type of layout. We rented a 2BR/2BA unit that more than met our expectations. It came with all the conveniences you'd expect in a time share rental,...

Upon our arrival at our unit in the Aspen building, I was underwhelmed by the looks of the building and the surroundings. The building was obviously in need of some good tlc. Good view - not so much. Our view was either the tires of the cars right outside our window or the back of someone else's deteriorating house and...

The room was very clean and quiet. We were on the 3rd floor which kept us winded by the time we reached the top but worth the climb up the stairs. We were never bothered by high pressure sales people trying to sell us another time share, which we really appreciated. The stove never worked the entire time we were...

My husband and I stayed in the Timber Run Vista building, which was much cleaner and well kept than I expected. Overall we were pleased, despite not sleeping well due to the poor quality of the beds and noises throughout the night in the unit. The Murphy bed was not comfortable whatsoever. Hardest mattress and the worst pillows to sleep...

This property has been here forever but is so convenient and family friendly that you don't mind the age of it, its all about location and feeling safe and at ease with the children. We had a blast! love Winter Park, great family skiing resort!
