This was a nice place to stay durning our recent trip. We were close to town and close to many trails. The hotel had a few flaws here and there but overall nice hotel. The village next door looked like lots of fun but due...More
The Vintage offered a comfortable bed and clean room. For the price, I think the hotel could have been more updated. The bathroom was very small but 2 of us managed for 4 nights. We were there over Labor day weekend for a wedding. Our...More
This is the third time @ the Vintage and each time was fantastic. Rooms are spacious, clean, and fresh. The location is next to a free gondola to take you into the village and the price is low considering the village location.
We wanted a weekend summer getaway and found a great deal at the Vintage resort. Room was spacious with a kitchenette. Beds were comfy, room was clean, staff was friendly. We enjoyed use of the spacious hot tub. Tip: request 'slope side' room. The other...More
This is a nice modern hotel and looks like a great spot for skiers in winter.
The room was big and comfortable and the bathroom was too.
For some reason, even though it was quite cool outside, our room was really hot. They don't have...More

Hi Mark, Unfortunately it is not free unless you rent your equipment from Winter Park rentals. You can rent a ski locker at the base and it is $16 day or $24 day/overnight and they hold up to 4 pairs of skis/poles or 3 snowboards. The other option is at the tune shop you can store your skis/poles for $7 overnight but that is just one pair. They do have wagons at the bottom of the Cabriolet to haul your equipment in to take over to ski area if you don't want to carry which makes it much easier especially for skiers. Hope this helps. When I was there last summer, none of the restaurants or bars were open on site. There was only access to convenience-type snacks sold through the front desk. Nothing available for morning or later evening before/after restaurants open/close. There are coffee makers and small refrigerators in the room to store your own items.
Many good restaurants are accessible by the cabriolet lift (about 10 min) to the mountain base area from about 7 am until about 8 pm.
