No smell of smoking I could find and I'm sensitive! Room looked and lived like it was from a 4 star hotel. The price point and what you get for your dollar was very impressive. I have been very disappointed with other hotels in the past,. This gets my unqualified endorsement.

I was told how to be a mother. To follow “protocols” I wanted some of my money back. I had to stay up with my poor infant who threw up because of the fridge being bad. The manager was super rude about it. Reminded me many times she was mother and said if I use breast milk. Every baby and mother is different . I use special milk for my baby. Worst experience at a hotel ever.

Staff was unfriendly. Room heating system didn’t work correctly and I had to keep the window open to be comfortable. WiFi dropped randomly. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I would avoid this property like the plague.

A quick getaway for my boyfriend and me. Easy place to find. Quiet area, yet plenty of stuff close (gas, food, etc) to the hotel. Plenty of parking and very clean facility. Room was nice and everything you need for a night or two. The inside of the hotel was QUIET! I was really impressed. Good price for a quality place. Highly recommend!

Positives: The staff was nice. The room looked clean and remodeled. Negatives: The lighting was SO dim. You can turn every light on, open the curtains, and it's still dim and depressing. The room smelled like very strong, cheap chemicals. I am glad they cleaned though, but it was almost like moth ball smelling. The inside plastic shower curtain liner was completely missing, leaving you with just an outer fabric panel that was dry rotting from the top. The vending machines were dirty and unkept (which I do not know whose responsibility it is hotel or vendor). Crumbs and food particles in the catch tray. The one thing that was just ridiculous...NO DRINKING WATER! Every hotel I have EVER been to has provided a bottle of water (wether it is free or you pay for it - you have access to drinking water). NOT HERE! The vending machine was out of water. So, you would think the front desk or hotel manager would sell or have bottled water. Nope. In a hospitality business...this is just bottom basics. I run a business and would NEVER let that happen especially in a hospitality business that had many businesses in the area where I could pick up a case of water. My recommendation: Stay a few minutes down the road in Danbury, CT. There was a really good restaurant we went to "Barbarie's Black Angus Grill" that was near 2 nice hotels that I wish we booked...Courtyard by Marriot and Holiday Inn.
