Unique experience of staying in a mill
Wonderful seaside resort just outside Trapani, overlooking the Egadi Islands and Erice.
The complex is well-kept and private, immersed in a splendid garden overlooking the sea and is composed of a series of rooms, a villa with swimming pool, and two mills, with a beautiful swimming pool facing the sea.
We stayed inside a real mill, in which a splendid and very particular suite has been created, pampering and romantic, which made our holiday a truly unique experience. Wonderful to admire the splendid sunset over the Egadi islands, sipping wine on the private terrace in front of the mill.
The cuisine offered in the restaurant overlooking the garden and the swimming pool was exquisite, where we tasted particular dishes, served with care and were looked after with the utmost kindness and professionalism.
The truly unique location, the goodness of the food and the warm welcome from all the very kind staff made our holiday truly special.

Structure with great potential but not up to being 4 stars. I stayed in the Marettimo suite. Upon arrival, to our great surprise, there was no courtesy water to drink.
Hot tub located in a "nonsense" position. Despite the size of the room, it was 50cm from the opening of the balcony with the real risk of being able to end up inside in case of carelessness. Poor breakfast: half-empty trays. with supermarket products. Eggs available only hard-boiled. The sweetener was missing (the very kind waiter told us it was finished). The desserts are always the same for three days (leftovers from the day before). Staff at reception falsely helpful. Upon our request for a "late check out" we were offered a standard room at the price of an entire night. Absurd to have to pay €20 extra for beach access despite having a suite. Ants in the room…. Reported several times but always present enough to find the beach bag full of ants... even in the suitcase.
Such a pity!!

Lovely location well maintained and the mills represent a truly unique plus. Definitely to improve the food service, dishes not always up to the standard of a 4-star hotel. The breakfast buffet products leave something to be desired and the bread stale at dinner, even not. As well as paid beach service after paying for the rooms and half board service is not the best. In short, to really be a four-star resort you need to improve the services offered and not just think about saving for your profit.

We spent a week at the Mills resort. Exceptional location in which we were able to really relax, also thanks to the very kind and helpful staff. Comfortable bed, clean room but very minimal decor. Also restaurant both for breakfast and lunch but especially for dinner really recommended.

The only note we can make: a structure of this level should not lose points in charging € 5 for beach towels or € 20 for umbrellas and sun loungers.

Pension ideally located by the sea
Spacious room but small bathroom with a narrow shower and ill-equipped
Restaurant with sea view: decent breakfast but prohibitive Award for lunch or dinner.
A few dozen meters away are good beach restaurants accessible by the beach such as Lido San Giuliano.
Small swimming pool without umbrella
The facilities of this Inn do not justify the Award of the room to which must be added 20€/day for the beach chair and an additional 5€ for a bath towel

The place somehow looks as on the pictures, but once you get there you will get overwhelmed by the terrible smell of sewage, which consequently attracts mosquitos and other bugs. No one warned us when we arrived, so we slept with an open window, to wake up in the middle of the night with more than 20 mosquitos in out room!! Needless to say we could not sleep at all!
The staff serving breakfast was polite, they offer quite diverse meals, but the food is not fresh.
Very low standards for a 4star hotel!

Dear Madame, many thanks for your review. First of all, I want to highlight that the sulphuruos smell comes out of the POSIDONIA alga, that I am sure you saw on the shoreline. Unfortunately it is a natural factor and it has an important role for the marine ecosystem, in fact it is legally protected and mustn't be removed. Regarding our restaurant, we use only locally-sourced and fresh ingredients. Best Regards, I MULINI RESORT

A Sunday with friends where we took advantage of the beach service and the restaurant! The preparation of the dishes is not at all exciting even though the raw materials are of good quality! It could certainly improve by slightly expanding the proposals..

Resort on the seafront between Trapani and Erice, with private beach and two swimming pools.
Perfect stay, with well-furnished, functional and comfortable rooms (top mattress and double choice of pillow).
Spacious and modern bathroom, with huge shower.
Varied breakfast, with quality products (the fruit is also excellent, as rarely happens in hotels).
Honest price, even below the value of the structure, for the period of stay (around €200 in August).
Highly recommended!

We spent a day at this wonderful Resort. Clean room, beautiful location with swimming pool and beach with lido within walking distance. If you want to relax it is the right place not to mention the beauty of this structure with mills and in nature. Very friendly staff.

Sea front. Swimming pool facing the sea in front of the mills… the gigantic garden with a pretty green lawn… the very good breakfast and the fact of being able to park without problem is just really nice!!! The hotel is on a human scale and therefore not overcrowded. We liked it.
The room itself was not up to par with the rest. Simple, old-fashioned. Correct but not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. We had a view of a wall. No or little light. In short, on this side, big disappointment!
