We love it here! We have stayed in the Comstock house twice now & really love the rooms. The tubs are big and the beds are comfortable. We got a $100 towards dinner and free breakfast. The breakfast is great b/c you go into the main house and order off a menu. Perfect for people that find the traditional B&B...

We've been to the Copper Beech several times and have rated it highly before. We have always stayed at the Comstock House which we really like-- very comfortable. We want to pass along to others to try one of the packages offered by the inn. We recently celebrated a birthday by using the Winter Wonderland package consisting of Superior Delux...

rented 3 rooms for extended family - and enjoyed dinner as well. Very friendly staff and terrific village with Essex nearby for shopping and walking. Also close by is the Essex steam truing which was a great hit with grandchildren.

The Copper Beech Inn is a warm, beautiful old inn and a great stop for a romantic dinner for two. Please note that Tripadvisor lists the Inn as a B&B, and gives little note to its restaurant, which in my opinion is a disservice to this fine eatery. My wife and I love to have our Valentine's dinner there, and...

My family lives in Essex so when I visit, my friends and I meet at the bar at Copper Beech Inn. It's a warm, cozy bar, with a fun cocktail list (which seemed a bit summery given it was December when I last visited) and also a happy hour! When the bartenders aren't busy, they take the time to chat...

Perfect accommodations. We were in a separate building that was tastefully furnished and absolutely immaculate. We had dinner at the Inn restaurant and it was phenomenal; great food tastefully prepared. Breakfast next morning was great. We will definitely come back here again.

Went there for New Years Day brunch and it was kind of pretentious and amateurish for sixty five dollars per person.I go to high end places very often who charge that amount but they deliver high end fare not diner stuff.Plus the choices were very limited.Won't go back for that kind of event.

Stayed here for a weekend getaway celebrating our anniversary. The food here is flipping fabulous. Each course was excellent. I especially loved the scallops over lobster corn risotto. But even better than the food was the attentive staff. They are friendly & accommodating, who go above & beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. Our room was not...

Went for a weekend "get out of the city" trip and could not have made a better choice. It is a serious drive out into the country but you end up in a beautiful area of the river basin and a lovely, well kept historical inn. We were greeted warmly and welcomed to our room. We stayed in the main...

We checked in, expecting to stay in an old inn room, which we are usually okay with... except that older rooms can be creaky and can make it hard to charge your phone... The inn is a gorgeous building, though, so we figured it would be nice... we were really excited, though, when we saw that our room was in...
