Convent of the seventeen century renovated for an hotel unit in 2013. The building is very interesting in a beautiful scenery. Very nice eager to please staff at the front desk, namely Cátia to whom we are very thankful for being so helpful. Medium size rooms, very clean, cozy, and with pleasant views. Large bathrooms. Good breakfast. There is a Spa and a small outdoor pool. Ponte Velha restaurant is nearby. Excellent value for money.

On my way to Lissabon I had a very nice stay in Serta. The surrounding is worth a trip to visit this region in the near vicinty of Lisbon. Excelente recepção com processo seguro e simplificado de check in e uma apresentacao simplificada e objectiva dos servicos do hotel. One has to experience staying at conevnto da serta. It offers a relaxing stay in a converted convent at the heart of Sertã. The suites are immaculate, the breakfast offered gives an amazing taste of the region with locally made jams, cheeses and cured meats. This place is a real treat The staff are always willing to help and will offer plenty of advice for exploring the region, pointing out landmarks to visit and restaurants to eat at This is my second stay and I always find myself coming away calm and enlightened

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and whenever I go back to Sertã I will certainly stay again. The hotel is very new, the staff is super friendly and the location is great. The breakfast is good, with local pastries and food. There is plenty to see and do in the villages near Sertã, so this hotel is a great starting point. I felt really welcomed when I arrived and the staff was always very helpful, giving me tips and advice. The only thing I would point out (very minor) is a lack of a shower door. I had a great stay at this hotel and I definitely recommend for solo, couples or family travel.

We received your emails and had sent replies, I am sorry that you didn't receive them properly, I'm not sure why. Have you checked your spam folder?
The hotel will be open from the first week of June. However, we can offer you the following options:
If you wish to receive a refund of your payment please send us your IBAN so that we can credit your account.
If you would like to transfer your payment to a new date we will keep your booking "on hold". Your new booking will be in credit by the amount already paid.

If the child is comfortable in one of our cots then we can put one in your room for free. If you prefer a full size single bed (0,90×200) then the extra bed supplement would be €20,00.

Hello. Both hot and cold breakfast served, though choice of cold dishes far outweighs choice of hot. The breakfasts are magnificent.
