Stayed at this hotel and the rooms were clean and updated. The location of this hotel was not a bad walking distance from all casinos, food restaurants, and shops. I used their gym and surprisingly it was very outdated but I managed to work out . The gym felt like walking into the 80's. Stopped at the pool area and...

So disappointed. Have stayed at Foxwoods before but never at this hotel. Asked for a wooded view. When I was checking in I was assured by Jean that what I had. It was very dark when I reached the room. In the morning I opened the curtains to realize my view was the equipment for the hotel. Shame on her....

I have stayed at Foxwoods several times but 1st time at Great Cedar. The room itself was good and the hotel is in the middle of everything. The rooms are showing a bit of its age, but I like the bathroom w/ a sink outside the room and one in the bathroom. The woman who checked us in was very...

I checked in Saturday and was not happy with the attitude of the front desk personnel. Luckily, I had the good fortune to encounter Melissa Main, a kind, professional and extremely helpful supervisor who went out of her way to fix what could have been a very negative overnight stay. Amy and Michael (Fox Tower front desk) also demonstrated professionalism...

The hotel is nicely situation in-between the casinos. When checking in make sure you ask for a room close to the elevators so you don't have to walk too much. Expect noise from the hallway from drunks trying to walk to their rooms.

When you check in you will be given a spacious, comfortable, clean room. However, before you check in, unless you really like to hike, be sure to ask for a room somewhat close to the elevator. Be sure to mention you would like a room without the view of the bus parking, delivery areas, and the giant Tanger Outlet sign....

Stayed here twice with family and friends. Have stayed at the Grand Pequot so we decided to try this hotel. The overall appearance is not as nice as the Grand Pequot. It is very nice though. The wait to check in was really long. The line seemed like it took forever. The staff were all super nice from the valet...

We had a lovely room with a great view on the 7th floor. We were there once before and had a bit of walk but this time we were very close to the elevators. It is so convenient to everything. We pre registered and it didn't take long at all and our room was ready. This was a free 2...

Of all the hotels on the resort, this one is closest to everything. The pool area seems the most family friendly and you can't beat it's closeness to restaurants and the gaming floor. It was recently updated, but the fox tower rooms are nicer and more modern.
