Arrived there a little concerned as its down a private road through a working farm and was very dark! However once parked outside the farmhouse there were automatic lights and were made very welcome. The accommodation is fine, large rooms en suite and we had a room overlooking the countryside and weir. Good heating (it was December) comfortable beds (even...

I arrived on business for a two night stay, was welcomed and made to feel very welcome. The B&B is located in beautiful grounds and the room was immaculate. Can't fault on any level. Pleasant breakfast, great stay!

Booked this last minute to drop daughter at Exeter University. It really is a beautiful B & B set in pretty settings with pretty gardens. The rooms we booked were extremely spacious with lots of additional extras we would not have expected, all added to make our stay easy. Breakfast was plentiful and to a very high standard! We recently spent 2 nights in this lovely picturesque setting. The bedroom was extremely comfortable and spacious and the breakfast was superb. Rita and David are obviously very proud of their abode and the gardens are meticulously kept. All in all, this is the perfect setting for a quiet relaxing break in the country.

I stayed here for a weekend for 2 nights as I was attending a wedding close by. There were a party of 4 of us in 2 rooms and I should start by saying the rooms were lovely, totally spotless, very comfortable and lovely views. Great location for us as well as it was only 5/10 minutes to the wedding...

Me and my husband stayed here for 1 night in August as we went to a wedding near by. We were really impressed with Weir Mill Farm, the location was lovely, beautiful gardens and really clean and spacious rooms. The bed was so comfy we did not want to get up. But glad we did as the breakfast was amazing....

Stayed here for two nights for a local wedding at Corn Barn. It is approximately 10 minutes by taxi from Tiverton Parkway train station and 5 minutes from Con Barn, so very convenient for me. The B&B itself was lovely in a quaint setting, the bedroom and bathroom were a good size, well maintained and very clean. Breakfast was good...

Stayed here for one night with a group of friends. Lovely big rooms with views over the grounds. Rita opened the summerhouse for us so we could enjoy the lovely weather and grounds. Breakfast was very good with loads of fresh fruit, cereals and a full English breakfast. Will certainly stay there again.

I stayed here while visiting family in Cullompton, and was made to feel most welcome. Rita had given me a gorgeous rooom with a large walk in shower due to my mobility problems . The garden was absolutely lovely and on arrival she opened the summer house for me but unfortunately my brother arrived to soon for me to make...

“All excellent, depends whether you want the best views overlooking the garden in which case the en-suites have showers or with a bath in which case you will have a side view room overlooking a paddock and the car park area.”

“There's only 3 rooms: Pig is a double with usual ensuite, tall window with easy chairs looking to the front over garden (morning sun) and fields and woods, also narrow side window (evening sun) overlooking parking area and fields. Owners lounge underneath so you hear their TV. Cow: larger room with 1 double and 2 singles with large window to the front (garden, fields and woods - morning sun) with easy chairs and foot stools. Guests lounge underneath - but it is seldom used. Hen is double, similar size to Pig but with massive bathroom (as big as bedroom) and windows overlooking parking and fields - you'd get the evening sun. Breakfast room underneath. We had the choice of all rooms when we arrived and went for pig and would go for it again despite the owner's TV downstairs (not late - they finished by 10).”
