Beautiful small but perfectly formed hotel. Immaculately presented with lots of beautiful and unusual touches. Warm, cosy, romantic and welcoming. The staff are all fabulous, friendly, attentive and nothing is too much trouble. We stayed in The Marble Room but snuck a peek into a couple of other rooms. Stunning. Big thanks to Matt, the Chef. Talented and accommodating. Great...

My husband and I chose to visit this little place as a last minute getaway. I must say when we arrived, it was not what we were expecting. It is situated in between houses and other B&B accommodation so don't expect to be alone. We could not fault the interior, the decor was clean, warm and homely. We stayed in...

Although we only live a mere 5 minute drive from Littlebeck this was our first visit as we didn't know it existed. Prior to finding it I was looking at booking somewhere directly in the Lake District but couldn't find anywhere that was anything too special so I was delighted when I found this. We were greeted by Smiley, (who...

I booked this location through TripAdvisor, and checked out the photos and other reviews. I found this place amazing. I booked three rooms for me and my family members. The chef, Matthew, welcomed us with time for a tour, and a lovely welcoming manner. We hadn't booked to eat, however, he found us room and time. The honesty bar was...

So pleased to have this little gem on our doorstep. We read the reviews on here and decided to try it. Well worth the wait, it was beautiful. One of the nicest meals I have had. The waitresses on tonight are a credit, compliments to the chef and the place was immaculate. I couldn't find any fault, perfect. We are...

The room was top notch and surprisingly contemporary. I stayed in the 'Copper' room which was furnished with a huge bed, copper bathtub and black marble style shower. The staff were simply outstanding and took care of my every need. I stayed here whilst on a business trip but would happily visit the area again just to stay here. Thank...
