The hotel is doing its job with providing comfortable bed and daily house keeping. It doesn't offer much else, and you shouldn't rely on it on anything but the accommodation. Also, the staff are very nice.
We stayed at the Duncan over Parents Weekend when everything else under $360 a night was booked. We loved the experience but it won't be to everyone's taste. It has its charms but it is slightly eccentric.

Greetings, Carryl. The Duncan does have cable TV, but I don't believe there is in room coffee. There is no restaurant, but there are several restaurants within a block and many more within several blocks.
