We say somewhat because there are some things about this property that aren't charming at all (ice maker frequently not working, housekeeping chores obviously forgotten). Greetings, Carryl. The Duncan does have cable TV, but I don't believe there is in room coffee. There is no restaurant, but there are several restaurants within a block and many more within several blocks.
