Lived it here clean affordable and love how close to pretty much any store needed. Wasn't to happy with internet speed. The connection was easy just couldn't stream or play games without another of buffering.
If you have difficulty with stairs, this is not the hotel for you. There is no elevator, so if your room is on the second floor, you have to get your own luggage up the stairs. The area just outside the hotel is a "meet up" point for drag racing on Saturday nights and it goes on all night long. Do no expect to get ANY sleep if staying at this hotel on a Saturday night. The room fixtures and furnishings were rather run down, but the bed was comfortable. It's really the only hotel in the immediate area and the price is good, but overall my experience wasn't good.
Every time you walk through the lobby and stairway you can get a second-hand buzz. My group had 2 rooms - in both showers the water faucet handle was not attached so not easy to control the flow and temperature of the stream. No breakfast option though it was promised - fine, I know about Covid, but how about a bowl of fruit and some granola bars? An urn of coffee? C'mon guys, you've got to try a little harder.
The staff was very friendly. The room was clean however blankets had cigarette burn holes. When we reviewed "clean towels" they smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, fortunately we had our own towels from home. Breakfeast was suspended due to covid however this was not mentioned in the website. Not everyone was wearing a mask as stated on flyers posted at the entrance of the facility. Random people knocked on our door at night. We we're in a connecting room and the other guest kept trying to open the connecting door. It was a bit on the expensive side for what the amenties are offered, which is wifi pretty much. When checking out the woman In the front was having personal conversation and laughing on her cell phone while I just stood there and waited, it was pretty rude. She didn't acknowledge me or ateast tell me to give her a couple of minutes or something.. It wasn't the worse Stay but it also wasn't the best. …
