Even though this is not the closest IHG property to Mohegan Sun it certainly is worth staying at. Easy on/off I95 in a quaint New England town. The breakfast buffet was perfect as was the lounge at night. And if you are musically inclined there is a piano in lobby. Pool was also perfect after a long drive. Will be...

I stayed here for business for an overnight trip. The front desk person was not friendly at all. The room was clean but I could hear every little noise outside of my room. The bed was not comfortable at all and the air conditioning system in the room was hard to adjust---either it was freezing cold when the air was...

I am an IGH member and travel the country as a National Trainer. I've stayed in many Holiday Inns that have always included breakfast. Not this one. There are many hotels in the area that included breakfast so skip this one. You can spend more than $100 for a regular no grills room and pay $11.95 for a morning meal....

Thank you for reviewing your recent stay. I'm sorry you were disappointed about breakfast not being included in the room rate. We are a full service Holiday Inn and are not suppose to give complimentary breakfast with our rooms. Breakfast can be purchased through a special rate code but it is not complimentary. Again, my sincerest apologies but we are...

While on a visit to Connecticut College, we opted to stay at the Holiday Inn and were amazed at the greeting we received upon checking in, the value and spaciousness of our rooms and the very significant fact that everything in and around the room "worked"!!! It was frigid outside and, unlike many hotels, the thermostat could be regulated to...

We attended an event here for a youth organization and I was pleasantly surprised at both the establishment and the food that was offered. The service was also really good and attentive, We did go to the bar for drinks as it was a youth event but the drinks were made very very strong for those who had them.

We arrived in New London after a disaster at Hyatt House in New Windsor and we had a wonderful time. My boys were sad that we only got to stay 1 night. This was a very relaxing experience. I must say that the restaurant was a little off, service at the bar for 1 was extremely slow and the restaurant...

We needed to be in the area for a speech tournament and this hotel was closest to the event. Typically we stay at a Marriott so my standards are high. As this title states, this hotel was a pleasant surprise and was on par with higher end hotels. Our room was immaculate, service friendly, furniture updated...nothing to complain about. After...

We stayed here one night with my family and friends. It was actually a nicer Holiday inn, updated style, friendly desk reception, pool was nice, rooms were clean. Pretty much all you would want and could get from a Holiday inn. The thing that annoyed me, was the other hotel guests! We were in the pool with several other guests,...

We were a little disappointed with our stay. While the room was large, it needed a refresh. The furniture was dated. The sheets were rough from overuse. There was mold around the bathtub. The thermostat didn't work correctly, so we were cold for most of the night. If they renovate the rooms, this will be a fine hotel.
