My room was great and the service awesome. The bed is very comfortable and is great. The staff is always accomadating. House keeping keeps the rooms up great and everything feels clean and safe. The location is central so you can get anywhere easily. I would stay here again if and when I can.

This was possibly the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Checked in at 3:15 in the afternoon only to be told that they did not have a clean room of the type I had reserved on line (standard king)- would I take a queen? Sure, no problem. Common areas were stained and worn, nothing looked as if it was...

the windows in the room can not open, in fact you sign a waver that you will not try to open them under penalty of charge. As a result the hallways and rooms have a very bad odor. in the middle of the night a freight train went by right outside my window and was preceded by the bells and...

When booking the Heritage Inn people have to realise it's a very old inn but I found it well maintained. Rooms are huge and clean. Bathrooms are big and clean. Internet is great. Location is perfect for walking around New Milford. Close to lots of restaurants and the Main Street including the movie theatre. Breakfast is adequate. Tv's are good....

Thank you for taking the time to write a review about the Heritage Inn. I appreciate the wonderful comments that you wrote. Yes, we are a historical building that was a tobacco factory. When walking into the inn you will notice on the walls the pictures and the history of the inn. I hope that when you are in the...

the first time I stayed at the heritage was 2010 when I was over for my twin sisters wedding. I came away absolutely loving it. I have not long come back from a visit and was one of the things I was looking forward to again. unfortunately it was the exact opposite of what it was like the first time....

My husband and I stayed two nights at the Heritage Inn while attending a wedding in Litchfield, CT. We were somewhat skeptical at first when we entered through a sliding barn door on the side of the building. There was no one manning the front desk but instructions to dial Room 21 which we did and the Innkeeper came right...

I was stranded in Danbury CT during the nor'easter earlier this week. I called every hotel in Danbury but there were no rooms. Expanding my search, I called the Heritage Inn and spoke to a lovely woman named Marta. Somehow I mentioned I couldn't find a room in Danbury and she offered to call the Heritage's sister properties to see...

On arrival to New Milford and after a flight from the United Kingdom and a drive from New York we reached The Heritage Inn,parking was at the side of the building so we walked along a dirty track accompanied by a dirty looking b&b with windows that you could not see in.All doors were locked and after having knocked on...

Not horrible, but far from good. No air circulation and stuffy. The windows are sealed for crime prevention reasons and the heater/ac? does not bring in fresh air as there is no vent to the outside. The ceiling fan just circulates stale air. The door lock was hard to open and the bed was lumpy. My wife found dirt in...
