Came up here on a Friday afternoon and we greeted by Sal at the front gate. Very nice person who showed us to our loft. Before going upstairs, we met Trump, the black alpaca who's always starring are the females. The loft is very nice, being a tall person, the bathroom is kind of small, but that is really my...

The room itself , which was the "Loft", was clean and nice. The crap smell that emanates through the floor from the animals that stay below it, gross. We, (my wife and I), brought our own pillows, (as you never know if a hotels/inns pillows will be to you liking). When we got home, the pillows had to be washed...

Our quest, after visiting numerous alpaca farms throughout New England, including Island Alpaca on Martha's Vineyard, to touch and even hug an alpaca has been answered here at Bella Alpacas. d'Artagnan was our answer. He, while not always in a pet-loving mood, would make his way to where we stood near the fence and allow us to not only touch...

My son and I have been at Bella Alpaca ranch twice now. We had a great time each time. I especially like the yoga classes, and Sal's guidance to local spiritual places like the local church /blacksmith/nunnery. My son really liked interacting with the animals including the floppy cats and the alpacas and the pigs. Our new alpaca socks are...

Rustic charm fills the air as you enter the gated Bella Alpaca Farm. We were greeted warmly by Sal the owner and given a tour of the main building on our way to the Loft. The Loft had 12ft ceiling wood planks covering the walls and ceiling completely hand built by Sal... It had private bathroom, terrace, small fridge, coffee...

Being at Bella Alpaca Farm and B&B was a beautiful experience. My sister and I stayed in the lovely and spacious loft with wood work done by Sal. On Sat AM, we took a really good yoga class led by Judy, followed by a mini tour of the farm and time with the amazing Alpacas! Beautiful animals. Well taken care...

The accommodations were unique and rustic, incredibly comfortable beds. Those looking for a retreat from Manhattan etc would find this ideal. Those somewhat used to a rural setting would find it pleasant but perhaps a little pricey for what is offered. The owners are friendly but disorganized. My dealings with them were a little confused before our arrival, when I...

My husband and I spent the weekend here for our wedding anniversary, and have already begun planning to return next summer! We traveled with our dogs, and wanted to "un-plug" for a couple of days while spending most of our time outdoors - Bella Alpacas was a perfect fit. Our room was much larger than we expected - it was...

This weekend I stayed at the gatehouse with my boyfriend. We both are animal lovers and were looking for a relaxing getaway. The house was very comfortable and clean. Only about 7 minutes away from town we were able to get dinner and movie. Saturday morning we got to meet the Alpacas for the first time and they were so...
