Great place to stay. Off the beaten path, just outside of the town. Breakfast was fantastic and our host was very pleasant. We stayed in the mark twain room. Very comfortable and cozy. Would definitely stay here again! That's really all I wanted to say, but trip advisor is making me type 200 words.

The Old Mystic Inn sets the bar for B&B's. My wife and I just spent 3 days and nights at the Inn, and nothing disappointed us. The room was immaculate, well appointed, cozy, and inviting. Upon arrival, Michael, the Innkeeper, showed us to our room. He pointed out how to use the gas Franklin Stove and a few other immenities...

What a delightful little discovery! We enjoyed everything: the yummy cookies and tea upon our arrival, our sweet room, the multiple fireplaces, the en suite whirlpool tub and an amazing breakfast. We stayed in the Mark Twain room, wish we could have stayed longer. Hoping to return.

Just had the most relaxing couple of days at the old mystic inn. We were greeted by the owner Michael who was most gracious. Stayed in the Mark Twain room which was warm and cosy. The breakfasts were amazing. We plan on going back again this year.

This was our first time at the Inn, and we cannot wait to go back. We stayed in the Robert Frost room, and it was cheery, cozy, relaxing and spotless. The grounds are welcoming, and I cannot say enough about the amazing breakfast. Every bite was scrumptious! Michael and his staff watch every little detail.

This was our second time visiting the inn and it did not disappoint. The room was spacious and the fireplace an added bonus, breakfast was incredible, and Michael( the owner) was accommodating as always. For a down to earth and relaxing trip I recommend this inn as a place to add to anyone's list.
