Our first stay here was in 2015 and we couldn't wait to get back. In 2016, while enjoying a glass of wine on the deck, we decided to make it an annual tradition. It's close to home yet upon arrival it feels like we're in a different world. The grounds, the cottage, the service - Just one night away is...

Great cottage with Connecticut country charm. The breakfast was delicious. The service gracious. Easy and quick drive to Pomfret Academy. The host, Nick, is very helpful and friendly. The two golden retrievers are beautiful and welcoming.

This review is long overdue - My boyfriend and I stayed at the Inn at Fox Hill Farm in November 2016 for our anniversary and we had a fabulous experience! The cottage was cozy and warm with everything we could have wanted, from a stocked fridge to plush terrycloth robes to curl up in. Nick was a gracious and welcoming...

The Inn at Fox Hill Farm is a unique experience. The cottage is comfortably decorated and the bed is outstanding. It is a 2-room cottage - bedroom and living/dining area with small wood stove. The bath room is large and typically "turn of the century" (20th not 21st) with claw foot tub and pedestal sink. The windows and rear deck...

We stayed at the cottage for a short weekend to visit our son at school. Nick and his wife were great and the cottage has everything you could need. The cottage was comfortable, especially the bed. Nick makes a great breakfast served at the cottage. Can't wait to stay there when the weather is nicer in the spring.

I loved this B&B when I was here with my husband in June and thrilled to return in the fall for a girls' trip. I was hopeful that all 3 of us could be comfortable and not crowded. I was pleased to introduce my sisters to the luxuries, details and comforts that awaited us. The breakfasts, the filled refrigerator, the...

We loved our visit to Inn at Fox Hill Farm. The view out the back sliding doors was breathtaking and the reflection of the trees on the pond was like a postcard. Nick and Polly have thought of everything a guest may need or want. Plush robes, bath salts for soaking in the claw tub, snacks in the fridge, and...

My husband and I discovered Fox Hill Farm last week and we experienced a lovely stay. Nestled in the scenic countryside of the "green corner" of Connecticut, Fox Hill Farm represents a quintessential New England getaway with beautiful surroundings, wonderful country accommodations (including an enormous bed, clawfoot tub, deck overlooking the pond, and scrumptious blueberry pancakes for breakfast) and the...

Loved our stay at Fox Hill Farm. The fall colors across the pond were absolutely amazing. A different breakfast (our choice) was served to us each morning. It's a great location to take day trips to see various tourist spots and nice to come back to peace and quiet in the small town of Pomfret. The owners, Nick and Polly...

Come to this cottage to get away from it all. Beautiful setting to enjoy early fall colors overlooking a pond in the rolling Eastern Connecticut countryside. I think it would be beautiful in any season. We were lucky to stay during a warm, sunny afternoon and evening. Though there were plenty of fine restaurants in the area, we prepared our...
