We had our first stay at Salem Farms for Labor Day weekend. The owners clearly take pride in making everyone's stay a stress free and enjoyable one. Check-in was quick and efficient and they escort everyone to their sites and help you back in. Cory was great-loved hearing about the history of the campground! They deliver your firewood and pick up your garbage. Tons of activities for kids, pools are sparkling clean. Quiet hours are well respected. You can tell everyone has a good time here. Even the seasonal folks were pleasant and their decorative golf-carts can give you a good laugh. Sites had all the amenities: water, electric, cable, gray water, dual dump station at the exit. We wished we could have stayed longer! Missy and the team accommodated our request for late checkout. Can't wait to come back! Thanks to everyone at Salem Farms!

We booked for 2 night but upon check our serpentine belt on our tow vehicle F350 dually. The staff got our 5th wheel put on site for us. Took wrecker a day to pick up truck to take to shop that would work us in for the AC compressor and belt. All the staff was excellent and even fellow campers took us to the store for food and to pick up truck at the shop when work was completed. We stayed for 7 night. The grounds and bath house was very clean. They have 2 pools, playgrounds and a stocked little store . We appreciate all the hospitality and understanding for our stay. We cannot say thank you enough

We had a very pleasant stay at this RV park. They gave us a great spot, there are lots of trees and it is a pretty quiet RV park. The hosts were also friendly and gracious. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Bad experience! Quiet time is at 11:00 PM, but they really want you to be quiet at 7:30 PM. If you want to do anything past 8:00 PM forget about it. If you want to make some s’mores and listen to a little music around the fire pit forget about it, this is not the place for it. Playscape is small and not much there for kids under the age of eight! Staff and seasonal people are a bunch of Karen’s and boy Karen’s. Let’s not even get started with peoples dogs barking all morning and evening. There are so many better campgrounds in Salem and surrounding towns!

My family booked a 5 day stay at this place. The workers were extremely unprofessional and were of no assistance. The two men that work there were extremely rude to the elderly people in our party when they tried to ask questions for clarifications. The women at the from desk who claimed the be the manager was very unfriendly as well when paper work was brought to her to discuss clarification about the camp ground rules. Will never return to this campground. It was really upsetting for our three children to see adults act in this manner. When the family finally got upset about the way they were speaking to us and we ask him to not raise his voice because the children. He proceeded to say “You think that’s raising my voice, this is raising my voice.”

This is the second time camping here. The pool is quite large, clean. No lifeguard. The tenting sites, 8 of them are not clearly defined. It's hard to figure out the boundary lines. No one was tent camping here on this visit or the last, they told us it was just us for weekend. The workers or owner drive around on a golf cot checking up on guests rather than cleaning the bathrooms and maintaining the rowdy RV campers. Noise policy is 11 pm- 7am, which isn't enforced. The only thing I saw cleaned was the pool. The prices have gone up as well. If we didn't have our older kids with us, we wouldn't come here. The wifi was locked and no password was given to us, our cell service was good though. The locked gate is also weird, 20$ cash deposit for the pass key. The store was stocked and had almost anything you might have forgotten and prices were decent compared to some places. We checked out, was given our 20$ back for key, and not one of the ladies there asked how our stay was or if we would come back.

Hi Joel, as a manger on duty we have our staff escort all guest to their site as you were. The 8 sites are not marked out with fences or shrubs but there is site numbers, and we gave you several sites to use seen there were no others that weekend. The bathrooms? I wish the problem was brought to our attention as we pay 3 people to maintain them from 8 am until 11 pm. I can not fix what we don't know. We do go home at night but have a on site manager and a call box on the office, we do not patrol the park all night long, thus the reason for a gate which 97% RV parks have. The wifi has a password and again if you asked we would provide it. It is also on the site map your given at check in. You saw staff on golf carts several times but didn't ask? They are here to help you. I hope we meet or exceed your experience in the future.

Salem Farms Campground is by far the best family campground hands down! My family and myself have been seasonal guests here for 16 years and we wouldn't go anywhere else. I like that it is cozy and friendly and not huge and commercialized. They offer activities for kids and families and have entertainment EVERY weekend! The seasonal campers are probably some of the most friendly too! This campground is a family run business which means (as a small business owner myself) you take complete pride in all you do for your business. They are constantly upgrading, whether its things you can visually see or not, there are upgrades that are ongoing, year round. They are an amazing family as well and whenever I have questions or need help they are right there with answers and solutions! They have been part of the village that has raised my kids! They are pet friendly too (no you cant walk your dog in the fields since people play in those areas and some people don't have the common sense to clean up after their pets) but they are total animal lovers, in-fact they have many pets of their own including a Donkey, Horses, Dogs, Cats, Goats and others! Make a reservation and come see for yourself!

I have camped every year since a child but stumbled upon Salem Farms when i had a dog i wanted to bring with me. My dog was part pitbull and many other camp grounds wasnt accepting of her. Without a doubt i was able to bring her to Salem Farms! since then and her passing I have continue to come here and will continue as often as i can. the kids love how family oriented the camp ground feels. there is something to do for everyone. 2 pools and 2 play grounds, the activities and yes of course the icecream at the end of the day

Loved this campground. Large clean sites. Every site had a trash barrel/cover and a trash bag in it provided by the campground. They even announce the collection of trash and hand you a new bag. Who does that? Salem Farms does which makes them unique but also a very clean place to stay. The bathrooms were immaculate and the owners and seasonals were extremely friendly making it feel like home. The activities were announced over the intercom each day and the staff was always friendly and willing to help out with anything. 2 crystal clear pools and playgrounds with beautiful fields of grass. Lots to do, mini golf, bocci, or just relaxing. They also deliver your wood, reasonably priced and burns well. Not pine, but good stuff. We will definitely be back!!

My husband and I camped here Memorial Day weekend and had a great experience. From setting up with Cory's help and all the way through to check out when unfortunately we had a dead battery at the dump station. The staff jumped right in to help to get us on our way. The staff was extremely friendly from check in to check out. We highly recommend this Campground!
