We so enjoyed staying there. The food was delicious, the room comfortable, hostess very nice and helpful. Ulrike washed our clothes which was a huge help on a long trip. We loved their apple trees and sweet dog. We would love to return.

Had a lovely 4 night stay in Beaufort Lodge. Great location in this small village which is ideally situated close to Gap of Dunloe, Cronins Yard etc. Close enough to Killarney and easy access to Ring of Kerry and roads to Dingle peninsula. Breakfast was fantastic with a good choice. JJ and Ulrike proved to be great hosts with lots... More

My husband and I stayed at Beaufort Lodge for (2) nights during our honeymoon and absolutely loved it. We appreciated that the Lodge was not directly in the city, but close enough for dinner/drinks. The room was immaculate, bright, and large. Ulrike was a wonderful host and breakfast was delicious - simple and fresh. One of the best breakfasts we... More

We've spent two nights in Ulrike's welcoming and cozy Bed&Breakfast. The rooms are very bright and clean. Excellent breakfast (we enjoyed the homemade fruit bread and jams!). Great location to explore Killarney National Park. Thank you ;)

The hostess Ulrike was extremely nice, the atmosphere welcoming, and breakfast was great. We especially enjoyed the vegan friendly options for breakfast and the milk substitute. The location is excellent and beautiful. We decided on only four stars because... More

I wanted to stay in a cute cottage surrounded by flowers near the old woods of Killarney and imagine the magic of this land and my dream came true. My kitchen was so perfect with quality utensils to cook my own meals and a radio to immerse in daily life of Ireland, a care for the environment, the parlor with... More

The location of this lodge is perfect! Immaculate rooms and dining area with a fabulous organic breakfast. Room was spacious and absolutely quiet. Took a guided tour with a local guide, John O'Sullivan whom the innkeeper, Elrike, knew. Was a quiet, small village feel with the innkeepers knowing the locals and good suggestions on how to get about and best... More

Totally enjoyed my stay at this very comfortable B&B. By far my best experience on my trip around Ireland. The location is perfect for walks though the Dunloe Gap. The room was spacious. The bed wonderful. And the hosts super friendly and accommodating. If you want to visit the Killarney national park this is an ideal place.

“Make sure you have plans for dinner and ask each day if you need help from the owners. We asked the first day and told only one place was near for dinner. The second day we didn't ask and found later that a bar within walking distance was open. Not happy as we had to go back to the place we had dinner the first night. It was OK but the pub new the B&B would have been better.”
