If you're looking for a true European experience, you'll love this family owned, cozy B & B. We were welcomed guests during our week-long stay with the Casey family. Breakfast treats include freshly picked fruit from the owner's garden, homemade jams and breads, a variety of hot breakfasts cooked to your liking. The hostess is a wonderful help for advising...

We found this wonderful place by google while planning our trip throughout the southwest of Ireand. Ulrike and JJ have a really nice spot there. Our room was soo big in comparison to the 'ordinary' ones you can find at other places. Even though we arrived later than planned, Ulrike welcomed us without any hussle and explained all the things...

Our stay at Beaufort Lodge was a real delight! Ulrike and J.J. were fabulous hosts and prepared the most wonderful breakfasts, even surprising my wife with an extra portion of rashers when she remarked how much she enjoyed them since being in Ireland (our bacon in the States pales in comparison). Our double room was spacious and impeccably clean, with...

My wife and I, as well as a couple of our friends, spent two incredible nights in this B&B. Ulrike and JJ were lovely hosts, and made our experience very special. The room are huge, impeccably clean and tastefully designed, and the location is amazing - right next to the Gap of Dunloe and Killarney national park. Probably the highlight...

We stayed 3 nights at this B&B. The room was lovely, very clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and the owners were delightful. We had a total of 5 people in our group and all of us would highly recommend this B&B and would return. The B&B is close to many sights that you would want to visit in Ireland....

Great stay! The place itself is a handsome handmade work by the owner. The place is peacefull and gorgeous. Everything is near of Beaufort, Killarney park, Gap of Dunloe (to be done!) The breakfast is complete, for all tastes, organic and will be ready at the hour you decide.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Beaufort Lodge! It was so comfortable, quiet, and clean! We had a nice big room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious - I'm not sure what the previous poster was talking about when he said that there wasn't a great breakfast menu selection. It was actually the best breakfast selection we...

We recently returned from a 4 night stay at this B&B. We were very impressed in every way. Our room was lovely. Very clean, light, spacious and comfortable. This is a very cute cottage set in lovely gardens. Very peaceful and quiet location just at the edge of Beaufort village, just off the ring of Kerry. From our room we...

I love the B&B here but I have a few problems with giving it a better rating. I've stayed at many B&B's in Ireland and know what to expect. This one had a great place. The rooms were really nice and the beds perfect. The issues I had here are the following. When we arrived, we were treated like children...

Stayed in this beautiful lodge recently the evening before a group of us climbed carrauntoohill. It was an idyllic spot with a quaint and warm welcoming atmosphere. The owner was very pleasant and very helpful as a tour guide, chef and host. Tea flasks hospitably filled sandwiches refrigerated for the climb. Would highly recommend this spot for any mountain climbers...

“Make sure you have plans for dinner and ask each day if you need help from the owners. We asked the first day and told only one place was near for dinner. The second day we didn't ask and found later that a bar within walking distance was open. Not happy as we had to go back to the place we had dinner the first night. It was OK but the pub new the B&B would have been better.”
