Because we'd gotten lost, we were very late arriving. After we apologized to Tim, he responded with "You're never late here. Welcome." All aspects of our stay were excellent. Lovely view of courtyard, comfortable beds, and delicious Irish breakfast
We stayed at the Purple Heather for 3 nights, It was excellent, beautiful clean room. The breakfast was great. lovely scenic view from the breakfast room. The host Tim & Nora were very helpful on planning our day.
I was in kilarney for a wedding and the day after I was in no state to drive home so booked this for the night as spur of the moment to try recover before driving home to wexford.
Rooms are small and smell of mould....More
