We visit the area often and have stayed @ the Crowne Plaza often. We stayed to meet the IHG promo accelerate and go to Longwood Gardens. The rooms are good size compared to other hotels. Breakfast was horrible. Hotel needs total renovation.

Good location to where I was meeting. Dirty looking hotel. Carpet has hundred of stains. Bathrooms need work. Food in restaurant is average at best. The staff always seems slightly concerned confused and that delays your check-in. Did I say the location was convenient?More

This hotel needs a few things to get better:
1) The Cleaning Crew NEVER cleaned my room
2) Saturday morning I lost total water pressure
3) The food service for the conference was severely lacking in not only planning but also following directions.
