The hotel is great. The room was spacious and the common areas were clean. The bar served local beer and had a limited but quality menu. The breakfast was great with free newspapers, (WSJ, NYT, USA). Only stayed one night, but the workout facilities seemed spacious. The only thing they should change is put ToGo cups for the coffee in...

The location of the pet rooms in the grassy court yard was very convenient. 2. The bar and restaurant...

Stayed here for one night on business. Check in was quick. The lobby is very large for a Courtyard. Room was clean and large. Hot water in shower wasn't real hot but sink was. Bed was comfortable but not the pillows - too small. Very quiet. Would stay here again.

This hotel is staffed primarily by young people earning degrees in hotel and restaurant management at the University of Delaware, right next door. My room was exceptionally clean, and the service was great. Had breakfast (very good each morning), and I took the shuttle (very helpful).
