We stayed a full week at the Big Oaks Family Campground near Rehoboth Beach. I have been to Rehoboth Beach at least twenty times as I just love this area. In the past we have camped at Indian River and at many hotels on and...More

Thank you for your business. We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay and we hope to be seeing you for many years to come!
Really enjoyed staying at Big Oaks but my suggestion to make our next trip there even better is to have the laundry facilities open earlier so that I can do my laundry early then get to the beach early. I lugged all of my laundry...More

We look forward to seeing you next year! Thank you for choosing us as your vacation spot and we appreciate your feedback.
Good: Location, pool, price, value, activities for kids.
Bad: Bathrooms, staff, reservations
There are many good things, especially when you compare it to the competition of the surrounding hotel prices. I find it convenient to spend the night in a tent (under $40), and pay...More

This young lady was here for the second time. The first time was early in the season before we were busy. She had booked a site for 2 nights to assure that she would have a place to stay. We allow one night stays as...More
We booked two nights to teach a class in Lewes. We were given a site so small that we had to move the fire ring to set up a 10X10 tent. The people camped behind us, (6-7 feet) were loud, drunk, and dropped F bombs...More

We are a family-owned and operated facility and it is very important to us that our location is family-friendly. We do not tolerate the type of behavior you described, and if we had been contacted during the time that it was occurring by calling the...More
My boyfriend and I spent one night here and overall we had a very good experience. It was a spontaneous trip, so the state park was fully reserved by the time we were planning our trip. When I called I was told that since we...More

We are glad that you enjoyed your stay and we hope that you come back! For future visits, parking can be hard to find in Rehoboth, but there is a public bus that picks up right in the campground. It is $3.15 per person, per...More

All of our rental units sleep a maximum of 6 people, so you would need at least 2 units. Pricing would depend on how many adults and how many children are in each unit. Please call 302-645-6838 for more info :)

I'm sorry, breakfast is not included. We do not have rooms like a hotel does. You would be camping and the closest thing we have to a room would be a cabin or a mobile home unit. The cabins have beds and a small fridge and microwave, but you need to bring all linens, blankets, pillows, and all camping gear. For the mobile home, it has a full bath, kitchen and laundry with eating utensils provided. You would bring your own linens, towels, and any other necessary items. We have a few food items in the camp store, but no hot food is served.
