We loved every part of our experience. Melissa was extremely friendly and hospitable. The accommodations were great - we were in the "penthouse" and it was fantastic - lovely shower. The food was exceptional delicious and generous. Loved the location and the amenities. It was cold and rainy and even snowy, but that didn't matter - we just enjoyed hanging...

Nice & relaxing B&B with a super friendly owner/host. We had a great bright room with a comfy king bed & a very comfortable bathroom and spacious shower. Perfect location for the beach. The owner offers complimentary wine, beer, & board games in a cozy living room to lounge around & chat with other guests. Great breakfast & the inn...

Wonderful B&B. Melissa pays great attention to detail and makes you feel like you are honored guests in her home. I would love to come back in the summer. Great location and great breakfast. Even the other guests were warm and friendly.

This was our first visit to a B&B. Very enjoyable. We stayed in rm #1, first floor, w private bath. Only 6 rooms, which i liked. When we "checked" in, there was free wine, beer, soda. As well as snacks. Breakfast was also free. Waffles, bagels, yogurt, cereal, and more. I believe they might have even made eggs if you...

My husband and I took a much-needed trip to the beach last week, and this was our first stay at Melissa's. It feels like a family beach house that is casual yet provides lots of amenities: beach chairs, umbrellas, towels (plus large tote bag to carry them and other beach stuff), coolers, free drinks (wine, beer, soda, water, coffee, tea,...

Everything about Melissa's is outstanding! I can't think of anything which could be added to make a more comfortable stay. The breakfasts are incredible! They're all gluten free and often include quiche and homemade blueberry muffins. I'm already looking forward to going back next year.

I have been staying here for 10 years now, and have never been anything but thrilled with every aspect of this B & B. At Melissa's is your mother's beach house if, that is, your mother anticipated your every need. And if your Mom provided luxury linens and up-to-minute bathrooms. Melissa is constantly updating and improving. For example, she recently...

Melissa truly makes you feel welcomed and goes out of her way to make everything perfect. Breakfast, beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, free beer...

We just spent the weekend At Melissa's B & B. Melissa is the perfect hostess, always making sure that everyone has a wonderful time. The house has the old world charm of a house that is over 100 years old but with all new bathrooms that are not only gorgeous but spacious as well. For breakfast, Melissa has a wonderful...
