I had to make a last minute hotel reservation due to a family death. I was really pleased when I found Canalside and saw how affordable it was. I was even more happy after I arrived and found an immaculate, comfortable, updated room. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!!

The staff has been amazing. The rooms are very spacious and absolutely beautiful (love the showers)! We woke up early for breakfast and the indoor dining area was very welcoming. A delisious spread of continental foods. The entire atmosphere is just what you need for a 'clear your mind' kind of vacation. Parking is available.

I stayed here with my wife and baby for one unseasonably warm night in February, and found it to be perfect for our trip. Because we weren't spending the day at the beach, the location was perfect. We could walk to Dogfish Head in the evening, and then drive and easily park close to the boardwalk in the morning. Because...

We're happy to hear your family enjoyed your stay at our inn. We understand our accommodations are usually on the quiet side, but we're always happy to accommodate our guests like we did with your family. It's great you enjoyed our location, the large room, and our dining area. Thanks for your support. We hope your family will stay with...

The inn could use an update. The front staff were not friendly. I am going to look for a different place to stay next time. If you need a pet friendly place then come here if not find another place to stay.

We want each guest to feel welcome and accommodated, so we're happy to resolve any issues that come up if you let a manager know. We sincerely hope you'll give us another opportunity...

This was a very nice beach hotel - only about 12 rooms. Rooms had fridge and microwave balcony with seating (upstairs). Tile floors. Bikes available. Parking on site. Cheezy breakfast. Pet friendly. Room air conditioner. We came from Cape May which is basically closed down this time of year. Rehoboth was hoppin.

My husband and I had a great time with our two dogs at the Canalside Inn. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Our room was comfortable and very clean. The continental breakfast was a wonderful opportunity to meet other guests. The location of the inn is very quiet, but also very convenient to Rehoboth Avenue, the main street in...

I loved the Canalside Inn. It was a beautiful room and most of all we could bring our dogs. It was on the canal and very pretty. I would rather stay right on the beach, but I had a hard time finding a place that is dog friendly. I thought it was on the pricey side for not being on...

What a diamond in the rough find. When you first walk in you are greeted by the clerk on duty, very pleasant. They show to your room and we were extremely impressed larger, clean and well equipped. The bathroom is large, clean and stocked with essentials. We asked to checkout one hour late and the could not have been any...

We're so flattered to be considered a diamond in the rough. That's exactly what a home away from home should be, so the team and I are stoked to hear that you had such a wonderful stay with us. Canalside Inn is directly off the main artery into Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. It is on a quiet, tree-lined street, within walking distance from some restaurants. The hotel caters to adults-only, and has a requested "quiet time" of 10pm for all guests. They are "dog-friendly" for well-behaved dogs. My room was clean, bright, and tastefully-appointed with modern, Ikea-like furnishings. Continental breakfast...

Location was very quiet, and property was nicely decorated and very clean. The walk to shops and the boardwalk was about a mile, the bed was low and soft - not good for bad backs. Furniture was the same, including the single day bed in the room. Toilet was low...hard for those with bad knees. Shower was great - a...
