We are platinum guests through the hotel program...we requested early check in (12pm) and gave the hotel flight number. We've been waiting for almost two hours now. The St Regis Bal Harbour is clearly our favorite Hotel in that area. We always have an amazing service and everyone is very kind. They do everything to make us happy. The rooms are very nice and the view is amazing. I really recommend this hotel!

This property has lots of service, but does not manage the "bottle neck" effect too well at check in and check out rush hour. I stood waiting for approximately 20 minutes as I waited for my seat at the check in desk. The average hotels like hyatt and Hilton handle this much better.
