I rented a 2 bed , 2 bath suite at this location. we were a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 kids. The place is decently well maintained, very close drive from Tampa airport, less than 5 to 10 minute drive from Clearwater Beach and popular attractions such as Pier 60, Crabby's etc.
Decently well maintained, reliably good wi-fi, TVs have good internet connection. I will certainly stay here in future.
The only downside is that the free breakfast closes at 9 AM and there are very minimal vegetarian options.
Brandy at the front desk is wonderful / helpful. Her local restaurant recommendations are really good.

this is a great hotel! all the staff are friendly and very helpful. they all seemed to enjoy their jobs and wanted the public to have a great stay. the rooms are spacious with a fully stocked kitchenette: plates, bowls, glasses, cups, pots and pans. and an awesome breakfast, complimentary, with meats, eggs, quiches, oatmeal, sweets, breads. the carpets are a little worn and tired but they plan a remodel for 2023.

Simple hotel, although well located. But rude service. Was called at my room @ 9AM, kids woke up after a tiring Bush Gardens day, even though "Do not Disturb" notice was on my door knob,. This from chief Housekeeper and "just to kindly "let me know" daily cleaning service would not be rendered", and that it is not included in my prepaid rate.... even though daily cleaning was paid for and clearly mentioned in my Voucher. Weak breakfast for a ResidenceInn Marriot, and rude service from the single old waiter, who prevented me from gathering 2 tables so that me and my kids (under 10) could sit together. Rude housekeeping service, waiting behind my door at 12PM till I checked-out at departure. Pool picture is Photoshop. Dont't count on that. Overall nice room under wrong people and management.

Horrible! Thought it would be a great place since recommended by family who live in the area and the reviews on different sites. However, we should have left the second we found whole pieces of bacon on the floor under the table upon our arrival the first day. Instead we picked it up and thought it’s a fluke. Temperature in room was not evenly regulated among the three rooms of the suite. Freezing cold in one, ok in another, and hot in the other. Maintenance came and said temp was fine in all three. More nights of horrible sleep. Called front desk to ask if we could have a fan at 10:30pm and told, “We don’t have any, but you can go to the Walgreens down the street and they might have one. Oh wait no they’re closed.” Absolutely rude and uncalled for. Offered to send maintenance up but who wants someone in the room at 10:30pm at night. One night we came in at 9pm and gentleman was cleaning the main floor with a mop. We walked on the floor as did others leaving foot prints and the looks he gave to the receptionist were obnoxious. The staff in the breakfast area were always friendly. We will not stay here again when we visit family in the area. We dreaded returning each night since the room was uncomfortable.

The hotel was sparkling clean and well appointed in every necessary detail. We stayed there as opposed to staying at a hotel on the beach. The price was a good deal less and parking was free. Brandye took good care of us. She helped us out with places to eat (and save) and treated us like family. Luis helped us with directions and general questions. The beach was a five minute drive and parking was a lot less expensive at a meter ($7.00 for a couple of hours) than at a hotel. All in all, this was one of our best stays ever. We booked our stay on July 7th for Dec 3rd for 6 nights. At the time the hotel was almost all booked with the exception of a few rooms. I requested a high floor and was told the high floors were fully booked except for one facing the gulf with a view of the boats and marina. We were offered the only one left which was a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen and 2 baths. The room was exceptional except that It was a handicap room. I am 6'2 and never thought more about it. But having back issues I found out everything was way too low for me. Anyway we stayed and it worked out OK.
The extras like an excellent morning breakfast added a big PLUS. The staff was always available and very helpful when we made any inquires.
We are already making plans to visit again in 2023 when they are available around December. Thanks again for the Wonderful Stay! Steve

This was a great place to stay...less than 10 minutes from the beach. If you do not want to stay on the beach this was a great hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and made sure we always had everything we needed for a nice stay. Not much within walking distance, so you need a car to uber to get places. Hotel Breakfast was nice and fresh, firepit by the pool and they even did a cozy hot chocolate bar just before Christmas. Cleveland Street shops and restaurants are nearby with great choices for the family. I cannot stress how awesome and helpful the staff was, it was a please staying here. We stayed for 6 days.

The hotel was good. The staff were nice. I was not happy with the hotel being pet friendly. Was told they had special floors for the pets but when we got there they told me pets can go to every room in the hotel. We were not happy with conflicting information.

The managers (Randall and Steve) were very nice, and friendly. The front desk Brandye and Luis were courteous and helpful. I stay at Marriott’s at least once a week. Top notch for the area. The beds were not so great but we were informed that they will be swapped out in the coming weeks. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast manager really took pride in making sure everything was clean, in order, and not empty.

I'm pretty sure they have buses, but I'm not sure about this specific hotel. Parking at Clearwater Beach can be a nightmare, and quite expensive.
The Residence Inn its a very nice location. its only about 7 minutes drive to the beach, and its over the main road that lead to clearwater, so there are stores, restaurants and banks in the area. I loved this property, its quiet and well located. Good luck in your trip

You need to drive there, it is too far.
Within walking distance we have Cleveland Street, Downtown Clearwater. There are some great restaurants and bars such as Clear Sky Draught House, LaFondita and Lucky Anchor just to name a few. Within a few minutes drive you can enjoy your time at Abe's Sport Bar, Marcos Pizza, Thai Restaurant and more! We are located 2 miles from Pier 60 on Clearwater Beach.
