Up until last year, these units were managed properly, each unit privately owned. Then it was decided to bring in a management company, Belloise Realty. They have basically forced the long time winter snow birds out and now rent night to night, week to week. I visited my long time friends there last evening and was disgusted by what was...

Only blocks from the #1 rated beach and directly on the intercostal, this condo offers a secluded tropical paradise. You can be in the heart of the action in minutes by simply walking or biking. The pool is heated as well. Five couples stayed there. We grilled out, hung out on the dock and had a great time! We will...

5 Palms Condominium is an older complex conveniently snuggled on the intracoastal waterway in Clearwater beach. Upon arrival the property is well maintained with access to boat slips, grills, bicycles and beach chairs. Beach is 2 blocks away with a 15 minute walk to Pier 60. Plenty of various bars and/or restaurants within walking distance. Unit #102 was located on...

We rented room number 203 and it was spotless. It was much larger than expected and had every single amenity that you would need for a day or a week. The grounds were immaculate with a Key West type of vibe. The pool was awesome because it was a salt water pool and sparkling clean. Their was a large boat...

We want to add one more excellent review of Five Palms. This was the perfect place for our family reunion of 30 people, ages 3 to 96. The family enthusiastically said that we should come back to Five Palms for our next reunion. The townhouse served as our “clubhouse”. We gathered there and it was large enough for us to...

These are privately owned condos that are rented out through a real estate company. Each room is a little different. Some have been updated but all seem a little/lot run down. BATHROOM: Room 101 has a tub/shower, 102 has a walk-in shower. 105 is two floors with a full size bath upstairs that has a washer and dryer. Room 101s...

Arrived to discover construction of a 6 story hotel across the road. The constant clanging, banging and humming of trucks did not enhance our relaxation. Apparently the lot next door may be under construction by next year as well as the building of a new 8 unit condo at the bend in the road. The hoards of rowdy, loud "guests"...

I love the five palms as it is a little off the beaten path yet you can walk to all the action, beach & good restaurants. The trolley even stops right in front if you want to jump on it (I did not this time). The five palms is a small complex on the intercoastal with nice pool, docks for...

I stayed at five palms clearwater resort for 1 1/2 weeks its amazing! The bed(s) are so comfortable. But the bathroom is kind of small. The furniture is nice too. But very small kitchen and not too much food storage either. The dock is very nice it looks like they just re-did it. The pool is nice too. Very convenient...

This was a pleasant surprise because the rates were so reasonable. It was a suite with a kitchen. Nice pool and it had a deck with a big grill. The staff was really friendly. She gave us maps and talked about where to eat. It is about 3 blocks from the beach and the little downtown area. Our unit had...
