Great little hotel... Very nice staff - great breakfast spread each morning. Rooms are comfortable and reasonably updated. The *heated* pool was enjoyed by the kids (too chilly outside for the adults) and the hotel parking was very nice. Located close to major expressways and made it easy to get around. Close to restaurants and gas stations and whatever else you may need!

Great location. 15 min from downtown st Pete, 20 min from Tampa bay riverwalk. Great service, Chriss Blain at the front desk was very outgoing and helpful, great job! The rooms have kitchen with fridge ( not a mini fridge), stove top, and dishwasher. Great for families.

We stayed in a 2 king bedroom suite, as one of us worked during the day. It was the perfect solution and thankfully one of the bedrooms was spacious and had a small desk. Very small. Despite more usable space, however, the desk was squeezed into the corner by the curtains and dresser. The other bedroom was much smaller with no desk but still had everything else needed. All rooms have a complete kitchen with full size refrigerator and a separate living area. Our bedrooms had ceiling fans(there's a remote to adjust fan speed). Everything was cleaned well and housekeeping is very helpful. Hallways on the 2nd floor were always really warm-no a/c. This is a older hotel that gets an A for effort to keep it updated. But it's still old. Breakfast always has an egg, meat, potato; waffle makers, oatmeal and standard bagels, toast etc. Sometimes bananas. Small exercise area with treadmills, an elliptical, Peleton, and free weights. No mats. There are so many different room types that the front desk really has to help with which is where. There's only 2 floors. But X23-39 face a small pond on the east side. This staff are among the most pleasant and helpful that I've encountered. Special shout out to Karen, Latifa, Donte, assistant manager Tiffany and general manager Paul(who was on site). The location is terrific-easy to Tropicana Field, Dali, The Pier, Sundial, Carillon Park(across the street).

The furniture in our room was filthy. I was able to put the extra blanket over the sofa, so it was ok to sit on. The chairs were disgusting. We reported wet carpet by the dishwasher and they said it wasn't wet, just sticky. So at least the shampooed the carpet. They didn't supply toiletries and coffee for the coffee maker, but will give them to you at the front desk. There weren't any cups in the bathroom. When I checked in they said housekeeping was every other day, but you could request it for the other days. We requested full service this morning and when we got back, the towels were still piled on the floor in the bathroom, no toiletries, no coffee packets, bathroom hadn't been cleaned. They left the dishes in the sink. We're not sure if the changed the sheets or just made the bed. We'll find out later. The "comforter" is a mattress pad under a cover. On the dresser in the bedroom and living room there was wax left from candles, I guess. All and all, I suggest you stay elsewhere, there are many other hotels near by.

I stayed at this hotel once before, and the experience was okay for the price. The staff were very nice and helpful.
However, after the first night of a my latest 2 night stay-I woke up itchy. When I brushed my teeth I saw bugs in the sink. While I was working I noticed several small bumps. So I called the hotel to notify them. They said they would look into it, and when they called me back-they confirmed there were fleas in my room. The assistant manager was apologetic & offered to clean my clothes, change my room and give me points. However, the whole experience freaked me out and makes me question if they change bedding between guests and treat/check rooms after guests with dogs check out. So I did not feel comfortable staying there.
I received an email telling me I could reach out if I was not satisfied. So I asked to change hotels and they never responded. I called and sent a message to their text line and was told by reps the case was resolved by them changing my room.
7 hours later-they finally allowed me to use the points the assistant manager provided to me to check into a new hotel at 8:30pm. The experience was a huge inconvenience. My company will not use them again and I am really turned off by Hilton.

The hotel is poor maintained, sofas are stained and rotten, the shower looked pretty bad also, and we were without electricity in part of our bedroom during our stay. People working there tried to help, specially Alex and a very good fellow from either Cuba or Puerto Rico ( can't remember his name now) but they were just understaffed and I believe with no appropiate plan to improve the guest experience. For example, during 3 days no one restock disposable towels in the lobby's men's restroom, I think this details can tell a lot.
At the end and after reaching during 2 weeks ( they never reported back to me) for the compensation they promised ( hilton honors points), they finally delivered and kept their word which is good.

I can't really recommend this hotel. My friend booked the room so I'm not sure how much he paid for it. When we first got there I had to ask for more towels, toilet paper, coffee, and hand soap. The room wasn't really well-stocked and we were going to be here for 4 days. The room smells kind of musty and the air conditioner works strange. If you put it on 70 it's not cold air coming out it's warm. At night we had to get it down to 67 and it was freezing in here but if you turned it up any higher it got hot. Also the ceiling fan in the bedroom only goes one speed. I did see they had some breakfast food downstairs but I didn't eat there. Front desk was friendly I had no problems with them. I had never stayed at a Hilton before and I guess I expected something a little better. You have to leave your trash out in the hall and your dirty towels and in the morning everybody's walking around all the garbage that is outside until it gets picked up. I definitely wouldn't stay here again.

Upon arrival we were informed our reserved prepaid room was not available, that they were sold out of two bedroom suites but would offer us, 2 one bedroom suites across the hall from each other. Traveling with a small child this was less than ideal and not what we reserved. It was an evening check in so we took the two, one bedroom suites and were told we could speak with management the next day. We got Expedia involved as well. We were informed from the manager that the reserved room was under maintenance and not rentable. Their solution was to offer points for a future stay and Expedia offered a travel credit. They also said if anyone canceled from a two bedroom we could move. This was all terribly disappointing to not have the selected room available that we had paid for in advanced. Really put a damper on the trip and reason for not giving higher rating.
The pros: very good breakfast and Carolyn is very helpful in running breakfast The pool is nicely heated The hotel is quiet Most staff we encountered in the halls were very friendly and helpful
So please if you select this property and need a certain room type, call to verify you will actually get your reserved choice.

We stayed here for a week during our Florida vacation. The rooms are very spacious, with 2 rooms, 2 TVs and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need is there, the pool is small but clean, there is a small fitness room and free parking. The free breakfast is American and absolutely sufficient (with a waffle iron!). The staff is very friendly and rooms are cleaned upon request. The location is relatively close to the airport and various attractions such as Sunken Gardens, but also restaurants such as Cracker Barrel and shops such as Publix.

Very poor sound proof. You can hear every single water flush from next door or up stairs. AC compressor is just outside of your window and it create loud noise. Decided to turn off AC to minimize noise but fan just keep making squeaking sound.
