I’m homeless In the beginning I could afford their weekly rates. The longer I stayed the harder it became to maintain my extended stay. I first started staying in 9/2019 until 2/7/2020. Trying to keep up pay every 7 days went to paying every 2-3 days and praying that God would literally bless us with the necessary funds to stay until payday. This stay was a nice and relaxing stay , I liked to the hotel overall besides the couple of stains on appliances I seen other than that I like my stay at this hotel! . If you’re looking for a nice and quick stay this would be the hotel for you! & I enjoyed the small breakfast you supplied .

I've been staying here during Christmas. Check in was quick and easy and the staff at the check in counter very welcoming. The even asked me if I was familiar with the Extended Stay concept. The room was clean and had all amenities one wants. All in all, as the title says, a good place to spend a couple of nights.

When we arrived a little bit early, the front desk said the room was ready gave us the key, but we went to the room. It was still not ready so we went shopping and came back to 2 hours later, It still wasn’t ready, but it wasn’t too long after that that the girls left around 4:30 for our 3pm check in. When they left, the room was filthy, dirty I mean really filthy dirty. I asked for a mop and some cleaning products so I could even clean it myself, and the front desk kept telling me it was coming, but it never arrived The pool was closed it had been condemned by the city, which we should’ve been informed of this at check-in. The efficiency units didn’t have dishes or utensils, and then we had to ask at the front desk and they handed them out like they were gold only one at a time. The laundry facilities were $3 for a wash and $3 for a dryer and they were not clean the things I put in there I was afraid that they were cleaner. I cleaned them out the best I could. The unit itself the toilet didn’t flush my husband had did some plumbing work on the toilet. Only 1 element on the stove worked, the coffee maker didn’t work. This is a very noisy place people walk around and smoke outside and talk and laugh at all hours of the night, there they seem to be a lot of people that just live there they were also smoking pot. You can’t miss that smell. The roof was also being replaced so the construction people had all the parking spots barricaded off even the handicap they were banging the roof from early in the morning till about 530 at night. I know it has to be done but we should’ve been notified of that. The front desk closes at 7pm and there’s a fine $10 if you need to get a hold of anyone after 7 o’clock?? There is no phones in the rooms if there was an emergency ‼️ I’m sure this hotel doesn’t comply with Florida health and safety standards We would’ve left. Unfortunately, we really had nowhere else to go on such short notice.

We booked a stay for a few nights, but our experience was absolutely appalling. After checking in and settling in for the evening, we pulled back the sheets only to find they were dirty, wrinkled—as if someone had already slept in them—and covered in hair. It was beyond disgusting. We immediately contacted the front desk, and while the staff member was kind enough to bring fresh sheets, I had to assist her in making the bed. When we removed the old sheets, the mattress underneath was visibly and badly stained.
To make matters worse, we were promised a full refund by the front desk staff due to the unacceptable condition of the room. However, when I later spoke to David, the manager, he refused to honor this promise, stating he didn’t think a refund was “fair.”
This entire experience has been a nightmare—both the cleanliness and the lack of accountability are inexcusable. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. 🤮

The front office staff is amazing and personable. We were able to get things like a dish strainer and pans from the front desk which was a great help. Quiet and clean. Having coffee avaliable in the morning and muffins can be a lifesaver.

"I've had an amazing month-long stay at this hotel! The staff truly made me feel at home. Anthony and Jessica at the front desk were always friendly and ready to help with a smile. Dave, the manager, runs a tight ship, ensuring everything is perfect for guests. Mark from maintenance was prompt and efficient whenever I needed assistance. Everyone here was so welcoming and attentive, making my stay incredibly comfortable. I can't recommend this hotel enough. (Family friendly)

I have always stayed at extended stay for my vacation needs until this location. I was put on a do not rent at all locations because I told Krystal and Toni would write to Corporate Craig Kirby because of their poor customer service. Whatever lie she told she blacklisted me and no longer to stay at any extended stay anymore. Call guest relations no answer and all they will tell me is I should of been charged but she didn’t charge me. I never messed up any rooms and she lied and had me banned. Maybe guest relations will answer the phone one day and see what lie she put down there.

This is a great hotel. The staff is generous with their time and effort. The room is clean with proper amenities for a business traveler. The bed is comfortable. The kitchenette has a full sized refrigerator and ample cabinet space.
