We booked this room last weekend as a last resort. We ended up being very pleased with our stay. The king nonsmoking room on first floor was huge. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. We had sliding doors out to our own patio area overlooking the pool. It is an older property. The pool and courtyard...

Cocoa Beach, Florida: the home of Jeannie and Cpt. Tony Nelson, of the 1960s sitcom I Dream Of Jeannie. We ended up there in early November 2016 quite unintentionally. Driving from Tallahassee, en route to Miami, we'd planned to stop overnight in Orlando—but for reasons unknown to us, there seemingly wasn't a single hotel room available in the entire city...

Being from the UK and guided by the name of the Motel, we weren't expecting a lot from this stay, but as we were only there for one night prior to a cruise departure, it was fine. Male receptionist appeared a bit miserable at first, but happily answered our questions about local dining and shopping options. The room was tired...

Pros: - Reception was very kind and helpful. - close to beach and some shops. - security gate before room access. Cons: - strong smell of bleach immediately upon opening door. - walls were paper thin, we could hear our neighbours' softly spoken conversations. - door to shared balcony was locked into place with additional bar for security (immediately felt...

If you like unique places that are clean, safe, close to all and are ok that it is not a chain appearance modern hotel then you may love this choice as we did. We only were in the room to shower and sleep. Had wifi, hair dryer, coffee maker, frig, microwave. Great running area sidewalks around motel or the beach....

We were intrigued by the name so we checked out the reviews on TripAdvisor. Overall, they were positive, especially praising the cleanliness of the property and the friendliness of the staff. Wow, were we steered wrong! The property is tired (check out the photo of the bed spread), run down and on the unclean side. And whoever these friendly staff...

We loved the sound of this hotel so on our trip around the coast of Florida we decided to stop over to see the famous Cocoa Beach Pier. On first impressions the hotel looks ok (pink!) but the lobby was dirty. the staff were very helpful in moving us to a room with a fridge but the threadbare carpet and...

Great little Motel on the junction of the A1A and 520. You can't miss this its painted Blue and Pink. The Room has a king sized bed. With shower room. There is also a fridge and microwave. Great as there is a 7/11 close by and a Walmart about two miles down the 520. This place is ideal if you...

Drove in from Orlando Airport Fawlty Towers could not be easier to find on the 520, A1A junction. If you miss your turn the roads around are all set out in squares next left turn back on yourself and you are there. Fawlty Towers is exactly what I expected cheap and cheerful and clean. Be aware though that this is...

WOW! What an incredible weekend. This place is GREAT. The room was clean and the staff is super friendly. They are walking distance to the beach and several shopping centers. We will definitely stay again. Thank you for excellent service; and we will see you soon.

Our 32-room, two-story property boasts a character all its own. It encloses a lush tropical garden surrounding the pool with its authentic "Tiki Bar". The pool is available year-round (a little warmer in the summer) and the beers are always cold. Relaxing balconies offer partial ocean views or poolside retreats.
