I will never be that good returning customer. I reserved a room for my wife, the dog and me for the weekend on thusrday. We loaded up the car and was driving two hours to Cocoa, almost there when we got a call from South Beach saying our room had BLACK MOLD! and we could not stay there! Are you...

We recently had the pleasure of staying at South Beach Inn in Cocoa Beach, but it came about completely by accident! I always try to book our hotel stays through hotel.com because you get a free night after booking 10 rooms with them. Supposedly this makes me the "expert" on travel in the family. We arrived in Cocoa Beach ready...

It's not new but they've updated it but you should expect some old fixtures. They make things work. You really are ocean side with a equipped kitchen and grills. Hang out on the deck or chairs overlooking the ocean or walk down to the beach it is right on it. And the prices are better than the newer fancyer places...

Good - Location is awesome. Far enough south of town that you aren't in the busy area but within an easy drive or cab ride from multiple restaurants and bars. The staff was very friendly and the grounds are very well maintained. Dog friendly but they aren't allowed on the beach due to Brevard county ordinances. The rooms are very...

By a friend's suggestion, I tried to book this hotel, and coincidently the day NASA announced they were moving their shuttle launch to my arrival date. I had sent in a "reservation request" online that went unanswered and when I saw that the launch date was changed, I called the hotel to see if it was available, if not I...

Quiet, pristine beachfront location is so nice. Really great views from units on east end of building. Ask Patty for Rooms 18 or 19. We appeared to be the only guests without a dog, (seriously) which was okay, we like dogs. The barking might put some people off. Guest profile appears to be largely refugees fleeing AA meetings; as everyone...

If you love being right on the ocean without getting your wallet gouged, this is the place. The view from the balcony and deck is wonderful. The efficiency rooms had well-equipped kitchens with all the basics. The bed was comfortable, room was clean, the A/C was loud but effective, and the shower head was like a fire hose. The staff...

Had stayed at another motel for my wifes birthday several years ago, and could not remember the name of it. Deceided to give South beach Inn a shot. WOW, was really glad we did. The laid back atmosphere, nice rooms, and great people were the bomb. We stayed for 3 days and enjoyed evry minute of it. This pet friendly...

We have stayed at the South Beach Inn on 3 separate occassions for long-term 1 month stays on each visit. We usually stay from March to April. The on-site Managers Patti, Marsha along with Rick and Randy were very accommodating to our needs and were just awesome! They went to great efforts to make sure our stay was a comfortable...
