I have stayed at this hotel a few times since it first opened. I just completed my second stay this year (2024). I used to live in Boca Raton and have been making frequent trips over the past 20+ years. For my needs (I am slightly disabled and need a room with a shower not a tub) - this is the BEST hotel in the area for me. Over the years I have been in most of the others. The late afternoon/evening front desk person "Joseph" is very friendly and helpful. It is nice to come back to a hotel and they already know you when you check in. The FREE breakfast area is very good and there is a very nice selection. The rooms are very nice and I am glad to see they are back to cleaning them on a regular basis. I have nothing negative to say. For first time visitors just be careful getting in and out on the entrance road on 441. This is not the hotel's fault but the city of Coconut Creek really should get a traffic light there at least for during the rush hour times. Looking forward to my next visit.

Great location. Comfortable, priced well, friendly staff. Surprisingly quiet and right off an exit from Expressway. Easy to jump on various roads to explore the area. Check out the local Promenade Shops. My go-to hotel when visiting the area.

From the moment we walked In to 3 days later checking out, everyone was amazing. The front Desk Clerks were just so friendly & so generously concerned with all our needs during our stay. The breakfast staff were amazing, friendly, efficient. The food was delicious and very well stocked. The rooms were very clean & our needs were unsurpassed. When you pay so little per night you would never imagine such wonderful Service. Thank You, we really enjoyed our stay❤️❤️

The hotel needs renovation. It's filthy, bathroom floor is sticky, rug is frayed, chips on the furniture, just overall a dirty feel. All for $250 a nite. Aren't we Honors members lucky to be a part of such poorly managed, low quality hotel chain. It just keeps going downhill with every stay at a Hampton Inn regardless of location.

Front Desk: Excellent service easy check in and check out. Warm welcoming and friendly personality Maintenance: Prompt and easygoing Noise: minimal road noise, refrigerator was noisy in first room, switched rooms. Other room sounds only from shower, no, talking or TV sounds so relatively peaceful. Cleanliness: shower head clean, no mold or mildew; linens clean and fresh smell, first room had stray hairs, the second room did not. Room, surfaces, bed all clean I. Bathroom, bedroom, sink and couch area Breakfast was lacking: only on waffle iron, one choice for waffle mix, not waffle toppings just syrup and whipped cream, the abundance of muffin choices from past did not exist, potatoes were undercooked. No pancake or French toast option Business: rooms available to work in privacy Fitness: good fitness room and equipment. Lobby area clean and pleasant

Stayed here one night on a business trip and paid an extra $4.95 for an upgrade to high speed internet and it could not have been slower. What made it worse was when I checked out the desk clerk asked "how was your stay?" I told her that I paid extra for the high speed internet and was unable to get any work done that morning and asked if I could please get a refund just for the $4.95 ? I thought her head was going to explode. "I don't know if I can do that"... "I'll have to talk to the manager and see"..."I can't do that right now but I'll talk to him later". Really? It's a BFD to give a $5 refund to disgruntled guest?
It's been a week now, no refund, I will never stay here again.

The room had issues when I first came. The bathroom light was not working properly and my room door was not working properly causing a security issue. I notified Dale at the front desk and he contacted maintenance first and then engineer. The engineer seem at first like he did not want to fix right away and when the bathroom light came on for a few minutes, he said it was a miracle from God. Long story short I had to call again and he finally fixed it for real. Then I mentioned about the door and he said to just give the door a push to close, knowing it was broken and needed to be fix. When I ask him again, he finally decided to fix it. I had to request housekeeping, Covid restrictions are less these days and you need to evaluate that with CDC. Lastly I was not happy with Laundrymat being closed from 12am-6am. I never heard this policy at any other Hampton Inn. Please do better, as I was not happy with these things and I been at this property a few times before.

Only one elevator was working and housekeeping was using it during checkout. It took 10 minutes to get the one and then hotel staff wanted to join the ride...even though the signs say no more than 2 per ride during the pandemic.
We asked for an iron that never showed up. Twice.
The toilet seat was broken and fell while I was trying to use the bathroom. I had to change my clothes from jumping to catch it and...

One of my very favorite things about Hampton is their breakfast buffet. A huge time saver and decent selections. Every Hampton I’ve ever stayed at ended breakfast at 10 on weekdays and 11 on weekends. Coming in late lastnight, I missed the small paper sign by the desk that said otherwise at this Hampton, 9 on the weekdays and 10 on the weekends. Came down at 9:20 to find that out. Why doesn’t Hilton make this consistent? Last month, stayed at a different Hampton in this same area and it was 10, stayed at a Hampton in DC last week and it was 10. Well, if breakfast isn’t important to you, then disregard this review. Otherwise, the rooms are dated but clean. Decent location.

Stay away from this place, I had a booking which was confirmed (and already paid for) and when I contacted the hotel in the am about contactless checking in, a receptionist (Mark) checked my reservation and stated that it was not possible to virtually check in because I booked through a travel agent, but assured me I will have two queen beds in the room. Upon my arrival I was greeted by another clueless guy (Mike) who couldn't find my reservation in the system. No apology, just "I can't find it and go someplace else" ; now this is in the middle of a spring break when every place is fully booked! After two hours of waiting in the lobby, and calling various places, another guest offered one of the rooms he booked for his soccer team. We were so happy for this offer, but there was a caviar, Mike charged us double price for this exchange! This is not the end of the story - relived we didn't have to sleep in the car, we went to the room and it just plainly not well maintained or cleaned. The bathroom door was full of dirty fingerprints -so much for the extra cleaning; the window curtain had dirty stains, burned out light bulb not changed, that was just the start. I was happy to leave the place. Now waiting for my refund for the double charge.

Hi
I have stayed several times at this hotel and everyone is so nice I can't imagine that they will charge you for holding your items for a day or 2. This hotel is very clean with exceptional staff, enjoy!
