At first, it looks like a retro-renovated hotel, with a shicky look and atmosphere. But after staying there, I must admit it was very disappointing. The retro turned to be simply old… Despite the fact the hotel is very proud of its heritage, it seems that sticking to it doesn't f

I stayed at St. Michel for about 4 nights and it was a very comfortable & peaceful stay without any kind of disturbances.

I cannot call St. Michel a star hotel for many reasons because you don't see things that are usually provided or available in a hotel such as a restaurant,

Luxury accommodations for a reasonable price. Small hotel with immaculate rooms, quiet, comfort and low-key. I was very impressed with the overall experience. Party in Miami, then head to this quaint historic hotel for R&R. Just the experience I was looking for. Looking forward t

I had never been to Coral Gables before and was unsure of what to expect. As a mature traveler traveling alone, I hoped I was choosing well. I could not have chosen a better hotel. Boutique and historic describes it accurately. The old, gated lift elevator was charming, as was my

I see that there is a charge for parking. Is street parking available, or will we have to pay?
There is a charge for garage parking and there is also a charge for the street parking. All of the hotels in the area charge for parking.

Are there airline crew rates and is there a shuttle from and to airport
You can take the Metro right from the airport. Get off at the Vizcaya station and take an Uber. It's only 3 miles from the station to the hotel. That's another option.

Do they have parking and what is the Peruvian restaurant that is close?
We arrived late at night and because the time was long after business hours, we were able to park on the opposite side of the street. But, hotel guests typically park in a parking garage situated on the opposite side of the street and a half block down.

"Room on 2nd Floor with Roadside View"
"I only know about my room, which was on the 3rd (top) floor. It was a large, sunny, & quiet room. No complaints."
"Our room overlooked a busy street, Ponce de Leon. No street noise perceptible in room. Windows opened flawlessly. Great view."
"Be sure to ask if you want a view. If you want a quieter space, ask for a room away from the staircase and elevator."
"Street side rooms are quieter than rooms on the alley that houses large A/C uinits and the low hum at night can be bothersom."
