It's old and dated. But I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Love the manatees and the marina rent a boat and cruise for the day. No need to drive anywhere. We return for a vacation every year. We will be back this summer.
Nasty,Nasty,Nasty. Do not waste your money on this place. Deplorable inside and out. Could not even stay there because of the smell and condition but was charged for the room anyway. Needs complete renovations.

hello, go there with a positive mind that all will work out well for you. I went there because Elvis stayed there. I then found out he was in the adjacent building which is now houses a shop and other rooms below...not open to the public...however, because he stayed there...I was happy...I did a manatee snorkelling tour with Capn Michael? cant remember who but it was a great experience..there is a great restaurant in the grounds...i enjoyed it immensely...I would again if ever I passed by Cystal River again
