Great view of river. The room was awful. Dirty feet from walking on carpet. Damp and very unhealthy. Dreaded going back there to sleep at end of day. Did not complain as I am sure all rooms were the same. Needs knocking down and rebuilding...More
The view was absolutely beautiful, right on the river. We were able to walk outside in the mornings and see the manatees from the boardwalk. The room itself was old and desperately needs updating. (It still has a pink tile shower!)
Apparently the owner of the hotel is a "Doctor", hopefully he takes better care of his patients than the investment property he does not maintain here. I was embarrassed that I brought my family here. My wife had several other plans yet I convinced her...More

hello, go there with a positive mind that all will work out well for you. I went there because Elvis stayed there. I then found out he was in the adjacent building which is now houses a shop and other rooms below...not open to the public...however, because he stayed there...I was happy...I did a manatee snorkelling tour with Capn Michael? cant remember who but it was a great experience..there is a great restaurant in the grounds...i enjoyed it immensely...I would again if ever I passed by Cystal River again
