Stayed one night before our cruise. Everything regarding room went well. The beds were comfortable with fresh white linens, soft and full pillows.
The front desk staff were helpful and attentive. My 5 star rating was for the hotel experience only.
The hotel needs to rethink using this shuttle company!
If you plan to use the paid shuttle to the port beware of the rudest driver. He was so impatient and annoyed with anything he was asked. He literally repeated 3 times for us to remember to tip him because the bags are heavy for him to load into van. When we arrived at the terminal he told us only one person from each party should get off van to collect bags for the whole group. Not knowing the different bags are party had all brought we decided to get off together. Well, once he saw that, he yelled at us saying he had already told us only one person should get off. We explained that we didn't know which bags each of our friends had brought so we wanted to collect our own. Then he turned away from us .Then his idea of unloading meant almost dropping each one onto the pavement instead of placing the suitcase. One woman had a bag nearly fall on her leg had she not quickly moved away from it. Then to top it off he actually tapped a customer on the arm as the customer was leaving with his bags and asked him if he had a tip for him and then made a face when the customer said he had no cash. Everyone was blown away with how abrupt and aggressive he was. I regretted that we had paid ahead to be picked up at the end of cruise to return to airport.Very unpleasant experience.

While we found the room to be fine and in clean condition, we were very disappointed in the customer service at this Wyndham Garden.
To start off the staff we interacted with all seemed to have a bad attitude and we overheard some of them talking about how they hate their jobs. There was no friendly greeting on check in and when we (Diamond level with Wyndham) asked for a late check out, which is usually up to two hours, the clerk rolled his eyes and then said “I can give you an hour before I have to charge you”. In addition, I had called a couple of weeks before to ask about a shuttle to the cruise port and the woman said they don’t have one. They do, you have to sign up for it the night before, but don’t bother as it is cheaper for two or more people to get an Uber. Plus the hotel drop off area is a mess. It is super small and jammed with cars and shuttles.
The buffet breakfast, which is similar to the free breakfasts you get at the economy Wyndhams, is $15 per person. We went to Grampas.
I would recommend booking somewhere else.

The rooms and lobby were very nice. The bed was comfortable, it had the necessary room amenities such as iron, ironing board, shower gel, shampoo etc. in the bathroom. The pool area was very nice with ample lounges , chairs, pool towels and sun umbrellas. It has a in house cafe offering a $12.00 per person buffet breakfast and a small yet satisfying dinner menu and beverages of your choice. There is a restaurant literally 3 minutes away offering all meals, The Fish Grill (look for separate review). The Wyndham website states there is a free shuttle service to Dania Pointe and this is not the case, however Eric on the front desk made this happen for us along with the best shuttle driver there is, Kenny! I do not know Eric's position there but the Front Desk Supervisor listened to my concerns and promised me to inform the afternoon shift of my request and there was no communication on his part. The one thing he did do is got the pool opened for us as it was closed for "maintenance." We got into the hotel early from a cruise and there was one room left that they provided to us with an early check in fee and that was the end of the conversation. We got to the elevators and only one was working and apparently it had been out of order for at least a week from what I can gather. We get into our room and late afternoon we tried our phone to discover it was out of order. Back down to the front desk on the extremely slow one elevator that was working where they stated the phone utility company has been working on the situation as it was not a hotel issue. They said some phones worked and others did not. This is a huge safety issue (at any age and especially at ours) as we have no cell phones and no way to communicate if there had been an emergency. No offer to move us to a room where the phone worked and no sign on the broken elevator. How hard is it to post a note on the broken elevator or at the very least inform your guests of these two situations upon check in. If you are staying anytime soon, I would definitely inquire if both the elevator and phone situations have been rectified.

Currently still here but have been awake since 3am because it’s so loud! Room facing a road that was quiet when I checked in last night but that didn’t last long. I’m on the 5th floor and you can hear every vehicle that passes by and the motorcycles and loud engines are an extra treat in case you do nod off. Checking out as soon as I get my things together and will never stay here or any Wyndham again!
I read reviews and was nervous about this place but the shuttle from the airport to the hotel was clean and the man wasn’t pushy for a tip. The hotel lobby appeared clean and check in was very quick. The bathroom in the lobby had a clogged toilet filled with feces and the smell was too much I walked out. There are lots of snack options, we didn’t buy anything. The room was hot when we walked in but we turned the air on and it cooled off. The room had an awful smell. Not sure if it was stale weed but not skunky. It was unpleasant but you eventually get used to it.
The bathroom shower still had used and opened toiletries from the prior guest in it and the tub didn’t appear clean. There was a new floor mat and unopened body wash on the side so housekeeping saw it and kept on going. The bathroom door is dirty and I think they do the bare minimum here in the housekeeping department which really makes me question the bed. I had to sleep, even if it was only 3 hours. It was a decent bed and not too soft or too firm; if it wasn’t for the questionable cleanliness, Goldilocks would have been just right here.
I’m ready to get the hell out of here. I picked this placed based off free airport shuttle to and from that runs every half hour all night long and the price was decent BUT you get what you pay for.

Booking my first day room was a success!
We chose this hotel because of the close proximity to the FLL airport. Our flight was not until late in the evening and we did not want to roam the city with luggage in tow until then. Booking a day room was a nice reprieve.
The check-in process was easy peasy. Accommodations included a TV, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, etc. The room was clean and comfortable for our stay. We did not use the pool or fitness center.
There is a kiosk in the lobby so that you can reserve the airport shuttle. That was pretty cool. The shuttle pulled up on time and it was smooth sailing to the airport. The driver assisted with luggage, but he was on the phone the whole time.
The location is within walking distance to the Casino at Dania Beach, a pharmacy, and several eateries. We ate tacos from the establishment across the street from the hotel and at the grill inside the casino. Both were okay for a quick grub.
Overall, a nice stay during the day!

I really liked the hotel. Wonderful Bed. Shower too. They served me very well. I just wanted a room in the back to be calmer. They offered me a check out after 3 pm today paying 50.00 dollars but I thought it was great because my flight is only at 8:00 pm.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Fort Lauderdale airport and we were right! The room is very cool, spacious and with a lot of furniture. Completely new… it smelled new when you entered! The bed is giant and super comfortable. The shower was very good too.
Parking and free Wi-Fi are appreciated. But we miss not having breakfast included, it cost $12 per person so we didn't pay for it and had breakfast at the airport.
The wonderful pool, cool water and very large. With many hammocks and chairs available and also towels.
We ordered a pizza for dinner from the hotel restaurant and it was very delicious for $12.

Any room facing the main road is extremely loud due to traffic. The hallways are also very loud when children are running the halls and screaming you can hear it very loudly in your room. The bed I experienced in a Double room was horribly soft. The Shuttle Bus from cruise terminal is not organized. It takes much longer than all the other shuttles and comes less frequent. Even if you are one of the first to arrive and call, they can only take so many people and they do not reserve space based on you calling for a pickup. Not really worth the money for me, I would pay more for a better stay.

There is a bar in the lobby where they serve some breakfast food. We never really checked it out due to the charge and the fact that there were plenty of choices to have breakfast in the surrounding neighborhood.
