We chose this hotel because of the convenience between the airport and the cruise port. Check in was very smooth, staff was friendly and professional. Our room faced the parking lot, which was good, because some reviews said street view was noisy. The room was very clean and beds comfy. Because the hotel was sold out during our stay, staff advised to get to the buffet early if you wanted breakfast to avoid the crowd, and they were right. Because the airport is so close by, you will hear the planes.
Free transportation from the airport to the hotel. There is a cost to use their transportation to the cruise ships. You pay at the hotel and book a departure time. It was a little chaotic, with folks standing with their luggage in the back parking lot waiting for shuttles, but I would use it again, because of how smooth the process was once we got to the port.

Stayed here for one night in January as a pre cruise hotel. We got a good rate booking directly through Marriott and this was one of the cheapest in the area for a quality branded chain.

Check in and out was great with friendly and helpful staff.

The room was looking a bit worn and our room had a stale smoky smell to it, we didn’t bring it up as we’d checked in late and had dinner reservations, plus we only had one night there, but had we been staying longer we’d probably have asked to be moved. The bathroom was well equipped and the bed was really comfortable. The highlight was the free buffet breakfast which was the best I’ve experienced at a Marriott. Lots of choice, all the hot options were hot and there was plenty of seating too.

The hotel runs a cruise ship shuttle for $20 each, which given how much the taxi fares are right now wasn’t too bad of a deal.

Would definitely use again pre cruise if the price was right.

I have stayed here before but never have given a review.

Overall this hotel is great. For my recent stay I arrived ready to check in about 1pm. Obviously I could not check in right when I arrived because check in is clearly stated as 4pm, but within an hour of me arriving I was in my room. Bravo

The room itself was perfect for what I needed (a quiet and clean room to stay the night before a cruise.)

Breakfast the next morning had plenty of hot & cold options and was the perfect start to the day…almost. One of the workers in the breakfast area requested everyone’s attention so she could remind us to include her and her colleagues in our review of the hotel. Now don’t get me wrong. I also work in the service industry so I understand the motivation behind it but there are other more subtle ways to request this. The interaction with the breakfast area staff will not deter me at all from booking this hotel in the future.

The staff here is very nice (shout out to Kevin who has always been considerate & helpful), but the hotel is run down, the rooms in desperate need of updating & a VERY thorough cleaning. We stayed here 2 nights in May (before & after a cruise) out of convenience. We would not stay here again. Cost to ride the shuttle to the cruise terminal is $20/pp. We could've taken a taxi or Uber for 1/2 that cost. Speaking of cost - the cost of a room here doesn't match the what you get in return.
Also, the cook finds it necessary to come out & address the breakfast crowd about leaving a good review for the hotel & "demands" your attention/interaction while she talks about guests being EXTENDED FAMILY. While it might seem cute & endearing, she jabbered on for about 10 minutes on 2 different occasions when people are trying to check in/out, eat breakfast, watch the news, have a conversation, etc...
Marriott (as a brand) typically has nice accommodations, in this case not so much. Next time we'll know better.

This hotel was decent. The things that irked me were no cups at all anywhere in the room and there was no soap in the bathroom. I had to go to the front desk to get soap which is a little ridiculous. The bed was comfortable but the sofa bed was not great. One thing that is universal among all Marriott hotels is their crappy wifi. They make it really hard for you to access wifi at all (even as a Bonvoy member), and then try to upsell you when you do reach the access page. One last thing - their pictures are misleading. I specifically chose this room because I wanted a table to eat at. Guess what? No table in the room and they could not locate a table for me in the hotel when I asked. So I think 3 stars is reasonable. Not terrible, not great. Very average stay but very expensive. Buyer beware.

Highly disappointing stay thanks to irresponsible management and a manager who doesn't find it appropriate to even respond to a rather serious issue. Stayed for 6 nights. The first service (towels/garbage) happened on the 3rd day. No one came to do a full clean until the 6th day I first requested the housekeeping staff, then at the reception (twice since nobody bothered to act on it until hours later).

The worst part of the experience though was that I bought NyQuil tablets from the market and opened one and had a tablet. Just as an afterthought, I checked the expiry date. It had expired on 05/21 - so almost 2 years ago. Went downstairs and checked the rest of the medicines being sold in the market - all had expired on 05/21. Took photos and recorded a video of them being removed after I reported. I asked for a written response from the manager. Kept getting a reply that I should go meet the manager when he/she is available. I couldn't since I was traveling that day. Requested a written response again. Was asked to email - that chat is now lost since the stay is over. The manager has not bothered to respond or act so far.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. I stayed for one night before my cruise (3/2-3/3, 2025), and it was an absolute nightmare. The room was filthy—housekeeping clearly has no standards. The shower didn’t drain properly, leaving us standing in ankle-deep wastewater, and to make matters worse, it was covered in pubic hairs from previous guests. Disgusting.

The kitchen was beyond dirty—“dirty” doesn’t even begin to describe it. The cabinets, appliances, and countertops were coated in grime and sticky fingerprints, as if they hadn’t been cleaned in years. It was outright unsanitary.

Despite reaching out to both the hotel and Marriott corporate for three weeks, I had to fight just to get a pathetic 10,000 points back after spending 38,000 points on this miserable stay. That’s how little they care about guest satisfaction.

And don’t expect a decent breakfast. When I asked for the waffle batter to be refilled, the attendant dismissed me, saying I’d have to wait because they were busy restocking muffins—muffins that no one even wanted, with a dozen already sitting untouched. Apparently, my request was an inconvenience.

This place is a disgrace, and management refuses to take responsibility. Do yourself a favor and book anywhere else.

Overall this was an average hotel with free shuttle service (short wait time) from the airport and average free breakfast. We stayed before our cruise and opted for an uber to the port. They do offer shuttle service but I believe it was 25 per person and our uber was less (that included a tip). We requested a late check out time and it was honored. On the dot, housekeeping was at our door. Understandable considering they need to flip the rooms for the next guest. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

We ate dinner at Coopers Hawk (amazing). Did a little pre cruise shopping at the near by stores.

My only note worthy mention is, the couch in the room. It was filthy. Not a deal breaker because I clean our rooms before we unload regardless of where we stay. I would consider staying here again.

I picked this Hotel for the good reviews, location, pool and because it offered Airport Shuttle Service.
Arriving on my first honeymoon night we waited for 2 HOURS for the shuttle at the pickup location.

After one hour we ask the airport ground transportation help desk for help who called the hotel. Said they are on the way. After 30 min still no shuttle. They called again… still on the way. ( 10 min ride) Finally arrived AFTER TWO HOURS.

Reception gave us a room. Poorly mounted A/C filled the room with vibration every time it came on. Front desk gave us a quieter room.

Trying to go for a morning 8:30am swim. Pool closed. Manager said would open it. Never happened.

Overall a nice hotel that is close to the cruise terminal. This is a very industrial area without much charm. A nearby restaurant to find dinner was not easy--I suggest getting take out. Our room faced the main road and it was quite noisy at night as there was, I kid you not, drag racing going on in the early morning hours. I would suggest asking for a room in the back. Our room overall was clean and comfortable. There is a nice kitchenette if you are going to have an extended stay. The breakfast in the morning was ok; the 2% milk was spoiled and the staff acted like they didn't believe me. Luckily there is a Dunkin Donuts right across the road. The pool area looks very nice.

Shuttle transportation to and from the airport is no cost to you. When you have baggage call the hotel for pick up instructions. For transportation to and from the cruise port you will need to make a reservation and purchase a ticket. The ticket price is reasonable. Getting to your cruise ship can be a challenge if you are planning to park at the terminal. I hope this helps you. Enjoy your stay.
